Take a day off and resolve to quit smoking.

Author: Floating Tower
This book has not taken a day off or missed an update since it started.
However.
Today, the Tower wants to take a day off to adjust the mindset. First, I will correct my sleep schedule and resume updates during the daytime.
Second, I will prepare to quit smoking. There may be mild withdrawal symptoms, but once I get through them, I should be able to fully recover. I hope to quit for good this time because I initially said I would stop writing after finishing this book, and it is precisely because of staying up late smoking that my health has declined.
Adjusting my sleep schedule is indeed very important; I must change my habit of writing at night.
Many familiar faces left last year, and I always feel a bit sad inside.
Recently, I heard the news about Zedao Sanchu, and I was actually very sad because I really enjoy his articles, and we are fellow townsmen, both from Jiangxi Yingtan…
Because he has gone to Creation.
I have never met him, and I didn’t expect to hear such news before I even had a chance to know him. I really hope a miracle happens and he can get through this.
Lastly.
I want to initiate a quit smoking event. I will specifically open a post in the comments section.
Starting today.
I will leave a message every day to report on my progress in quitting smoking. This time I am determined to quit for good, using practical actions to strengthen my will and obtain the special skill reward of **Quit Smoking LVMAX**.
This post will be permanently pinned in **Abyss Master**.
If there are fellow book friends who also have a smoking addiction and plan to quit, feel free to comment in the post and share your quitting progress, the state of withdrawal symptoms, and how to cope.
Let’s shoulder this together.
As a heavy smoker who has failed to quit hundreds of times, both the Tower and Soren will completely say goodbye to tobacco, and I look forward to companions who also hope for a healthy body.
Life is so precious.
Let’s strengthen our will while embracing health.
Man!
It’s time to be a little harsh on ourselves, no more excuses, and quit smoking for good this time!!! (To be continued ~^~)
