Diamond Golem.
Under normal circumstances, the most difficult golem puppet to deal with, with around 90 points of physical resistance, immune to most physical attacks below 90 points in strength. Moreover, it has resistances above 100 points for cold, strong acid, lightning, and flames, and possesses 100 points of magical resistance.
