These monsters, resembling octopuses with two pairs of large tentacles and skilled in enslaving other races while feasting on the brain matter of other intelligent beings, are believed by some scholars to be from other crystal wall universes. They once ruled a vast territory within the multiverse during the era of the Ancient Gods, but eventually weakened and became dangerous monsters in the Underdark.

Yet, such a powerful empire that nearly dominated the Astral Realm and other dimensions was overthrown by the Gisz with the help of this artifact.

Soren knew very little about Gisz Silver Sword.
The only thing he knew was that it appeared during a tumultuous time, but unfortunately, it was only a +6 Gisz Silver Sword. It ultimately eliminated a saint who was the avatar of a weak-tier deity.
That was merely a shard of the reforged Gisz Silver Sword!

Soren’s expression slightly changed; he forcefully twisted his grasp on Icebane, immediately launching himself into the air as a burst of cold light came down.

On the other side, the battle of the Northern Witch became incredibly intense! Faced with an enemy far exceeding their numbers, the witches did not blindly cast spells for area coverage; instead, they continuously invoked summoning spells. The Gisz naturally possess psionic power, and at a sufficient level, even warriors can use spells like “Portal,” “Levitation,” “Blink,” and other types for short-distance teleportation; therefore, area effect spells aren’t very effective against them.
Area effect spells, aside from level seven and above, are only suitable for bullying low-tier warriors.
