She looked at Soren before slowly saying, “Choose one from inside. Or you may choose this red dragon soul; when you killed it, one of the Soul Binding Crystals I carried automatically bound a part of its soul. To some extent, it also possesses formidable power, but your casting ability is too low, so you may not be able to utilize its strength!”
A dark red crystal appeared.
This was an extremely rare crystal, possibly found only on the edges of the Hell of Bartok. It is a legendary-level item, and its effect is to automatically cast a spell similar to Soul Binding on certain powerful enemies after defeating them. It can completely bind the soul of the enemy or a part of it. He turned to the Eye of the North in front of him, slightly bowing, “Your Excellency, I choose the last piece of equipment. Those boots are likely what I need the most.”

Gloria glanced at Soren and then bent down to leave the room.

The Eye of the North gazed deeply at Soren. An invisible pressure tensed Soren’s entire body, but he could not sense any obvious hostility. After a while, the pressure receded, and the white pupils of the Eye of the North emitted a faint light as she sighed, “I never expected to see someone outside of destiny! Perhaps that’s why Gloria chose you!”
Someone outside of destiny?
Soren was momentarily taken aback by her words, seemingly unable to process them.
