It is rare to see high-level demons in the Bottomless Abyss.
Basically, the Abyss Worms born here will automatically leave as soon as they reach the threshold of advancement to seek further opportunities for power. Most of the surviving Abyss Worms will advance to become Coward Demons, and occasionally some Abyss Worms might cross tiers and evolve due to fortunate encounters, while only a very small portion of them retain their original forms to further enhance their strength. Any demon can gradually become stronger, and the Bottomless Abyss has never lacked demons that refuse to evolve due to their dislike of new forms.
For example, before us is the Abyss Blood Pool.
Here, there exists an incredibly powerful demigod demon – the Mother of Worms!
Very few demons are willing to retain the original form of an Abyss Worm to increase their power, but the Bottomless Abyss is a place of extreme chaos, so anything strange can potentially occur. The Mother of Worms is an exception among exceptions; Abyss Worms can strengthen and enhance themselves by fighting and devouring the bloodlines of high-level demons. To put it in Soren’s terms, if an Abyss Worm chooses to upgrade without tier advancement, it will retain its basic form and gradually grow larger.
When it reaches Legendary Level combat power, an Abyss Worm can be about the size of a Giant Dragon!
Due to sacrificing other abilities, a Legendary-level Abyss Worm possesses astonishing psychic powers and a terrifying ability to spit acid, which can even corrode the scales of Pureblood Dragons. An Abyss Worm that can grow to such a size is considered an extremely dangerous creature in the Bottomless Abyss, and even high-level demons will not easily provoke it. Not to mention the low-level nature of the Abyss Worm’s demon bloodline, many powerful beings show little interest in them.
If it continues to retain this form, the Abyss Worm will further grow larger and eventually become the Mother of Worms!

The Mother of Worms will not easily attack demons!
However, other intruders can provoke it, and high-level demons are also not allowed to tread here easily. If any Coward Demon tries to sneak back and increase power by killing Abyss Worms, they will be mercilessly struck by the Mother of Worms!

Soren did not intend to engage with this monster; the Mother of Worms is akin to a weak deity near the Abyss Blood Pool, capable of tapping into the pool’s power to restore itself, making a challenge against it utterly unwise!
The giant worm moved slowly.
It patrols its territory every day. This seems to be a special habit among demons, from demon lords down to low-level demons. They all like to patrol their territories, placing a high importance on them.
Perhaps because this is the Bottomless Abyss, the competition for any territory is exceptionally fierce!
Time passed by little by little.
Soren was waiting for an opportunity; the Mother of Worms possessed a 100-meter psychic sense. As long as he stayed beyond this distance, it would be nearly impossible for her to detect him.
Before him were piles of worms in battle!
Even among the lowest-tier creatures, the competition amongst demons is intense, and the Mother of Worms hardly pays attention to these skirmishes; she simply prevents others from approaching easily.
On the ground where the Mother of Worms crawled, residual dark green slime is left behind, corroding even the soil.
Occasionally, Abyss Worms that come into contact with this slime will generally encounter one of two outcomes: either they are corroded into rotten flesh, or a sudden mutation occurs, evolving from Abyss Worm +1 to Abyss Worm +2.
Survival of the fittest!
Those that can withstand the Mother of Worms’ slime can grow stronger; they will devour the Mother’s excrement and swiftly advance to become low-level demons.
The distance was finally sufficient!
Soren quickly approached the Abyss Blood Pool; this was tainted power, not pure blood.
Inside this pool is the water of the River of Underworld.
As a deity, Soren could immediately sense that demons reincarnated through the Abyss Blood Pool would almost all forget their memories of their past lives, regardless of whether they were once human or Goblins.
A newly born Abyss Worm crawled out from the blood pool.
Soren confirmed his target; with a wave of his hand, he fixed it in place, and then a massive will descended, crushing its nascent consciousness.
It became an idiot, a sort of vegetable, left with only a living shell.

Soren injected a trace of weak divine power into the Abyss Worm, and then the Abyss Worm before him began to change violently, faintly revealing a phantom of a soul.
A Goblin’s soul.

Accompanied by an explosion, the newly born Abyss Worm was turned into a pulp.
It failed.
Soren’s expression remained calm; he did not seem discouraged.
The power of a deity is far too immense, and even a mere trace of divine power is beyond what the Abyss Worm can withstand.
He could not convert it!
After all, an Abyss Worm is not an Orca; unless he willingly grants divinity, it simply cannot bear his power. However, precious divinity cannot be randomly bestowed, and his current divinity carries the aura of a deity, making it easy to notice this trait by high-level demons should he encounter them in the future.
That’s right!
Soren was preparing to create a physical body.
For deities, this kind of “external avatar” ability is not difficult; many gods use similar methods to create avatars to walk among mortals. Therefore, for a new god to occupy a piece of territory within the Abyss, especially one that is an enemy of the Lawful faction, it easily becomes a target for the demon lords’ assaults.
Soren planned to cultivate a powerful demon body!
This demon body will be crucial for him to eventually descend his Divine Kingdom into the Bottomless Abyss. To ensure the plan’s success, he cannot create it in the same manner as crafting an Orca, using his divine identity; he needs to eliminate the Bottomless Abyss’s hostility towards him, so Soren intends to conduct a bold experiment.

The Abyss Worm before him burst apart again.
A hint of disappointment flickered across Soren’s face; these souls were too weak to withstand his will, let alone his power.
