Chapter 52 [Demon] – Soren!
The soul is like sowing seeds, always yielding some grain.
Demons don’t understand the intricate farming of devils, acquiring souls from superior races, so the cannon fodder of the Abyss Legion still comes from those inferior beings. Coward Demons are like another type of Goblin, always bustling about in a swarm, with the strongest leader, afraid of powerful enemies but preferring to bully weaker foes. The Ten Thousand Abyss Plains, as the first layer of the Bottomless Abyss, is a place that is easily affected by the Abyssal Blood War.

Thus, there are many cannon fodder here, and Coward Demons often exist as hard laborers, occasionally driven to the battlefield by High-level Demons to absorb the enemy’s fire. There are billions of Coward Demons in the Bottomless Abyss, but less than one percent can advance from Coward Demons to Quasai Demons, and among those who can evolve into Flame Demons, Succubi, Furo Demons, and Frenzied Combat Demons, there might not even be one in ten thousand. In this barren plain, food is scarce.

The Bottomless Abyss is a chaotic place, and Night Witches and Ghost Hags are often seen in this plain; they are very stingy, evil, cruel, and crafty beings. Night Witches and Ghost Hags provide slaves and servants for various powerful demons in the Bottomless Abyss; sometimes they treat Abyss Worms as currency, but more often they choose Coward Demons.
Over the years, the business level in the Bottomless Abyss has also improved.
“Soren! Submit to me!!”
The dark red Coward Demon leader stares at the isolated creature and says in the demon language, “As a servant of Fonokart! This way you can gain more food and power!”
The Coward Demon leader tries its best to persuade the opponent. Because once the opponent agrees, a simple contract can be signed and then sold to the Ghost Hag.

Sometimes, the Ghost Hags it trades with even say it should reincarnate as a devil instead of becoming a demon.

After several sales, it has become one of the strongest Coward Demons nearby, so it decides to give this newborn in front of it a cruel lesson and then sell it to the Ghost Hag as a slave.
The nearby Coward Demons are eager to attack; an isolated enemy really stimulates their fighting spirit!

Two Coward Demons howl and charge at him.
But their leader, Fonokart, turns and runs, disappearing in an instant, seeming much faster than the other Coward Demons.

“What a pity that I cannot grant Divine Power and Divinity; otherwise, I could directly overcome the challenge of low-level demons! Next time I create a divine avatar, I must make a body with all attributes 18+!……”
Demon bodies cannot absorb Killing Experience.
Soren is unclear about the reasons, but as a demon, he can absorb Demon Power. The evolution of Coward Demon’s abilities and future mutation advancements all rely on the accumulation of the demon bloodline.
