Joined a night running team.
Set off at eight o’clock in the evening and didn’t come back until eleven.
If I can’t run anymore, I just walk.
Came back, took a shower, and finally slept until dawn.
Went to see a psychologist yesterday, and the doctor said I often sit alone in front of the computer typing for too long, which has led to mild depression.
Don’t ask me why I’m asking for votes.
Tomorrow will still be three updates.

I reflect on myself three times a day, hoping to make fewer mistakes.
