Chapter 51: Summoning the Flame Demon!
The Bottomless Abyss, Third Layer: Land of Forgotten.
Outside the Gurenba Arena lies a ruined street, where the prosperity of the past has long vanished. After the death of Demon Lord Miamid – Coin of Disaster, this town rapidly fell into disrepair. Many neutral faction Evil Spirits have already left, as the chaos has affected their businesses. Both Rosé and the Night Witch have temporarily moved to safer places.
Currently, a three-way standoff has formed outside the arena.
The strongest is undoubtedly the Flame Demon – Soren. Initially, people thought he would quickly defeat the other demons and then occupy the entire Gurenba Arena. However, what others did not expect was that Executioner – Soren began consolidating power and has been quietly staying in the Lava Tavern during this time.
However, this calm has now been shattered!

A violent explosion erupted outside the Gurenba Arena, where a group of demons was engaged in battle at the site where the Balroth Fire Demon had fallen.
—“Fireball Spell!”
Soren exuded a terrifying aura, raising his hand to unleash a fireball spell.
The destructive power of the fireball spell cast by the Flame Demon is tremendous. With Soren’s ability to cast it five times a day, he is essentially a humanoid self-propelled anti-aircraft gun, possessing overwhelming advantages against low-ranking demons. Behind him are a group of Frenzied Combat Demons and Berserk Demons. To conveniently control these underlings and enhance the cannon fodder’s endurance, Soren has subdued many simple-minded demons. The Succubus Boss of the tavern stands behind him, but these succubi did not join the fight.

You may summon 4-8 Coward Demons, 2-4 Frenzied Combat Demons, 1-2 Fire Demons, or have a 25% chance to summon another Flame Demon. This ability is equivalent to an 8th level summoning spell. The summoned demons may attack you, and the stronger the demon, the more likely it is to ignore your commands. You can rely on the ability of [Dominate Demon] to control them.”
Even Soren himself did not expect to summon another Flame Demon.

Two Flame Demons!
One on the left and one on the right, these two legendary-level Flame Demons encircled the enemy, which numbered nearly twice of their own.

Surging flames burst forth, and Soren and the other Flame Demon simultaneously activated their innate abilities.
However, there was a slight difference between the two of them. Soren’s Body of Flames enveloped a larger area and was clearly stronger than the other Flame Demon. The other Flame Demon had a head resembling that of a Minotaur, with huge demonic horns. This demon stood nearly four meters tall, towering over Soren, with a robust upper body like that of a Minotaur and hooves for feet. It also had a tail and significantly larger demonic wings than Soren.
In comparison.
Soren appeared more humanoid; his facial features still resembled that of a human, with pointed ears and a bare chest adorned with mysterious demonic tattoos. Unlike the other demon, he had no tail or hooves. This Flame Demon represented the standard configuration, whereas Soren’s Flame Demon form was a modified variant due to his own will.
The battle was almost effortless.
Originally, Soren might have faced danger while simultaneously battling a Six-Armed Serpent Demon and a Soul Judge, but with the summoning of another Flame Demon, the fight became completely trivial.
Soren was victorious.
The Six-Armed Serpent Demon fell beneath him, but since a high-level Soul Crystal was needed for his own use, he had to forgo absorbing the demon power and opted to use ‘Soul Extraction Technique’ to create materials for a Diamond Golem.
The Soul Judge met its end at the hands of the other Flame Demon.
Also using ‘Soul Extraction Technique’ for the kill, Soren secured two high-level Soul Crystals in one go, completely conquering the area outside the Gurenba Arena. After defeating a batch of mid-level demons, all remaining cannon fodder surrendered and became his captives. This was undoubtedly the easiest battle Soren encountered since arriving in the Bottomless Abyss, as it posed no challenge whatsoever.
The two Flame Demons thoroughly crushed the battlefield!
The casualties on their side were less than one-tenth of the enemies’, and Soren didn’t even have to use his ultimate move.
Flame Demon – Kalsaron.
After eliminating all the enemies, Soren released control over the other Flame Demon. Through a simple exchange, Soren learned that this demon hailed from the 19th layer of the Bottomless Abyss and responded to Soren’s summons purely out of boredom. However, after concluding the battle, Soren struck a deal with it, or rather, a mutually beneficial summoning contract.
In return, Soren provided it with a vial of Magma Dragon’s blood.
The contract between the two Flame Demons stipulated that Soren could summon it when needed, and that he must respond to its summons whenever it required.
A simple alliance took shape.
The likelihood of this alliance succeeding was about fifty percent, as the Bottomless Abyss itself interferes with chaotic wills. Even if they forged an alliance, it would only increase the probability of summoning another Flame Demon to 50%.
