Two people sat by the campfire.
To the left was Soren, and to the right was Ildis.

As a high-level spellcaster, Ildis had always been stuck at an important bottleneck. His mind was not pure enough to break through to the higher levels of the magic network, so he had never been able to touch the realm of the legendary domain. However, just when he was about to give up on searching for the Goddess of Magic, Ildis unexpectedly met a Northern Witch who was also in search of the Goddess. Although she did not reveal her identity, her mere guidance helped him break through the bottleneck, leading Ildis to intuitively believe she was a high-ranking figure among the Northern Witches.
Then, it seemed that everything he thought of came true.
Ildis was preparing to break through the realm and continue searching for the legendary “Staff of the Archmage” to use its power against his enemy, when unexpectedly he encountered a wizard in the wild. For some unknown reason, this wizard directly invited him to explore a treasure that might seal the Staff of the Archmage.

Ildis felt as if he were possessed by an ancient hero, just like the stories told by bards in the tavern. Stepping out, he casually met a famous someone, and with just a hint, he advanced tremendously.
