Chapter 37: Astral Combat
The Floating Tower is actually very fragile.
At least until the core energy protective field of the Floating City from the Arcane Empire is understood, the current protection level of the Floating Tower is roughly equivalent to a large area sixth-ring energy protective spell. Modo lacks iron.

Originally, Soren’s plan was to procure a batch of enchanted steel from the Northern Witch and then think of a way himself. The balance of the four elements has transformed the Iron Fortress into a private kingdom capable of long-term habitation in the Astral Realm, fulfilling the various needs of the Gisz.

An Iron Fortress represents a tribe of the Gisz; this might be a residence they spent decades, even centuries, building.

As a spiritual energy field began to cover the area around the Floating Tower, silhouettes of Gisz psionic warriors appeared above the Iron Fortress. Their racial traits allow them to adapt to the Astral environment, and their spiritual energy shields protect them, enabling them to survive independently in the Astral Realm for a long time. With their appearance, a powerful energy brilliance manifested above the astral fortress, followed by waves of spiritual energy shockwaves directly attacking the protective field of the Floating Tower.
These Gisz are clever.
They understand that the effects of energy field-type protective spells are quite astonishing and can be understood as an intangible AT field shield; until the energy protective field is broken, any of their attacks will suffer tremendous losses.
Energy fields can block the vast majority of physical damage, at least until they shatter.
A high-level wizard’s deviation energy field can even withstand a wave of shooting attacks like a storm, and the Gisz are using spiritual energy shockwaves; they want to directly breach the energy shield of the Floating Tower.
