“Meng Jie, I know this might be hard for you to swallow, but trust me, I won’t let you down!”
At that moment, he gave a little self-deprecating chuckle, lifted his shirt to unveil his shoulder, fluffed his hair with a flair, and looked downward at a 45-degree angle. “If I’m not mistaken, Meng Jie, you’ve got a soft spot for me, don’t you?”
“To be honest, I also think you’re pretty awesome, so as long as you’re willing to help me take down Dragon Brother, I might be open to… well, my body…”
Before he could finish, Shen Meng Jie reached her limit and splashed her coffee right at Xue Shao Hua. “Are you out of your mind?”
