Chapter 15: Door-to-Door Service
Night Star quickly grabbed Eypar’s messy hair with one hand while slapping the ground with the other. A dark door appeared on the ground, exuding an ominous aura.
Then, Night Star jumped with Eypar through the Theater Door, and their presence vanished in an instant.
The six members of Night Sky, observing the scene through their souls, were slightly taken aback.
“Why do they look like startled little animals? They just sensed a little movement and ran away…”
Nene glanced at Night Sky, who had just drawn her sword, and remarked, “What’s with the blade, huh? Look, you scared them!”
Night Sky awkwardly sheathed her sword and began sulking on the beach, drawing little circles in the sand.
“Who knew she’d be so skittish? It’s not like we’re chopping her up; are we really that terrifying?”
Kaguya quietly expanded her perception but didn’t find any trace of the silver-haired loli or the ghost girl.
“They’re gone—probably have space powers. They’ve likely teleported somewhere else.”
“Space powers, huh? No wonder they ran so fast.”
Night Sky had space-manipulating abilities too. Her “Night Listen” and “Sky Hear” could fuse into a “Yama kn*fe,” slicing through space with a flick of the wrist. It could even open a wormhole to anywhere—just like instant teleportation!
If she wanted to reach where the silver-haired loli had just been, she could slash through the remnants of spatial fluctuations and arrive at her teleport destination.
But judging from her earlier reaction, this wasn’t just a jumpy little hamster.
If she suddenly cut through space and popped up in front of her, would the whole place echo with a cry that sounded like a groundhog?
As amusing as that sounded, Night Sky had no interest in terrorizing a little loli.
“Forget it; if fate allows it, we might meet again. For now, let’s just chill.”
Night Sky decided to lie back down, ready to resume her beach lounging.
The other five had grown accustomed to Night Sky’s apathetic attitude.
Kaguya sighed. “It’s a pity to pass up such a fun little creature we’ve discovered. I was actually somewhat interested.”
“Well, if you’re interested, go find her. Don’t come crying to us if she pummels you into the ground.”
With Kaguya’s low physical purity, if she went out alone, she’d probably be panting halfway down the street.
“Hmm… maybe not. I’m not up for suffering.”
Kaguya looked at Night Sky lounging beside her, a bit puzzled.
“By the way, Night Sky, why do you like burying yourself in the sand so much lately?”
“Nothing much. Just a random whim to experience the feeling of lying in sand. You should try it, Kaguya!”
Night Sky invited lazily.
Kaguya shook her head. “I’m a lady; I wouldn’t do something that looks so silly.”
“Lady, my foot! You’re goofy here, just like the rest of us.”
“Such disrespect! If I wasn’t worried I’d lose to you, I would’ve already rubbed your face in the dirt a hundred times.”
“See? No lady would be that rude!”
And today’s daily life continued in its usual harmonious manner.

Rising Sun Theater.
Night Star’s heart was still racing. “Whew, that scared me… drawing a sword at the drop of a hat? So rude! What’s so wrong with sneaking a peek? You guys were the ones looking first…”
Though Night Star wanted to debate with them, in the end, she fled for her life.
She couldn’t shake the feeling that the entities over there by the private beach were extraordinarily powerful, like the First Generation Star Eclipses—maybe even stronger.
Sure, Night Star Lan could obliterate the Judger, Perpetual Mechanism, and Record Keeper—all those first generations—with her B-tier psychic powers.
But who knew what level the top-tier experts here were?
Worlds operate on different systems.
If you underestimate everything here, you might just face-plant.
Eypar, beside Night Star, was clueless about what was happening.
“Why’d Night Star suddenly bring me back?”
“Because there are dangerous beings stalking us! If we hadn’t come back, we might get sliced, diced, or minced! Super scary!”
Eypar was a bit frightened by Night Star’s tone.
“But I’m a ghost; I should be fine, right?”
Night Star shot her a glare and continued playing the scare game. “Who said you’d be okay? They could be powerful enough that just looking at you could turn you to dust!”
“Scary!”
Eypar’s messy hair drooped a bit.
Night Star patted her hair comfortingly. “For now, let’s avoid that beach. Who knows why this city has so many terrifying beings? It’s just too dangerous. Hopefully, Mo Rabbit and the others don’t run into trouble.”
Night Star clasped her hands together in prayer.
“We’re like rare exotic animals from another world—very interesting to the people here. If some dangerous beings spot us and take a liking to us, we’re in big trouble.”
It’s lucky the Ghost Girl has been running around without a problem until now.
The Singer and the Gentleman probably wouldn’t be reckless.
It’s just Mo Rabbit who loved to stir up trouble.
Though Mo Rabbit had always felt reliable to Night Star, if she bumped into a tough challenge while looking for fun, things could get nasty.
“As long as I’m not dragged into a rescue mission if she bites off more than she can chew, I’ll be good…”
Night Star murmured, continuing to surf the net with Night Lan, not even bothering to pick up any change.
She’d let the Singer and the others figure out how to keep her alive.
For now, being a carefree mope was quite nice.

Mo Rabbit returned to X City from Flying Wing Academy.
“Everything points to the fact that members of [Zero-Style Nightfall] live in X City, particularly in the coastal region. Talk about a splendid location.”
When the Rising Sun Theater was teleported to this area by the Source of White, it was right on the coast—what a strange coincidence.
While returning, Mo Rabbit also infiltrated several small Guardian outposts, gathering plenty of information and discovering that members of [Zero-Style Nightfall] resided in this coastal area of X City.
Rumor has it they live in a seaside villa—now that’s pretty easy to find!
Mo Rabbit contemplated whether to check it out, but her instinct told her that might not be a good idea.
Her divination brought back no information, indicating those few individuals were genuinely powerful.
However, Mo Rabbit didn’t want to stop here—what a shame that would be!
Having found such an interesting bit of fun, if she’s seeking thrills, she might as well go all in.
Hopefully, she wouldn’t draw their attention.
Moments later.
Mo Rabbit arrived at a relatively deserted seaside area and finally spotted a fenced-off private beach where an impressively large villa was faintly visible, exuding luxury.
Mo Rabbit squinted her eyes and entered her hidden space, creeping closer.
On the other side.
Kaguya, sunbathing, slowly opened her eyes, which shimmered with a faint purple glow.
“Night Sky, we have a very tiny guest approaching, sneaking about. Go greet her, will you?”
Night Sky quickly received the shared perception from Kaguya.
“Space, huh? Sneaking around like that underestimates us…”
Night Sky conjured “Night Listen” and “Sky Hear” in a blink, letting out a lazy yawn.
“Ugh, anyone who disturbs my lounging needs a little lesson…”
