As Jiang Hanhan gave up and walked away, only then did Gao Xiaotian curiously turn to look at Xia Yu, “What did you do to her? She’s never acted this crazy before.” “Too many tears for that story.”
Xia Yu sighed with a bitter smile, “I took some time off because I was sick with a fever, and she slept with me, catching the fever from me. And then…”. Gao Xiaotian quietly listened until Xia Yu finished, his gaze now decidedly different, speaking with complete assurance, “Alright, I don’t doubt it anymore. Xiaoyu, you’re a girl, right? That must be what happened.”

After a while, Xia Yu came to realize what they had been discussing, realizing the pitfall of speaking without thinking. How could normal guys and girls sleep together when they were that old?
Even if they did, the chances were exceedingly slim, and besides, she had conditions for them to have separate rooms.

Xia Yu dodged the question. She didn’t believe Gao Xiaotian would dare to provoke Jiang Hanhan. However…Gao Xiaotian actually got up and walked over.

Thinking about what happened earlier, Jiang Hanhan was furious and grabbed an eraser from the table, ready to throw it. But Xia Ling stopped her just in time.

Xia Ling was helpless. Ever since Jiang Hanhan realized she could bully Xia Yu, she had become even more unruly; Xia Ling could hardly restrain her.
When Jiang Hanhan turned and saw Xia Ling, Xia Ling was viewed as Xia Yu’s older sister. Since she’d come to visit, Jiang Hanhan decided not to throw the eraser.
However, Xia Ling wouldn’t let her off easily. After seating herself back down, Jiang Hanhan immediately sought comfort by throwing herself into Xia Ling’s arms, “Xiaoling, Xiaoyu keeps bullying me, and now she has Gao Xiaotian stirring things up.”

Jiang Hanhan indeed had thick skin. Despite everyone knowing she was spouting nonsense, no one called her out and instead continued watching the show.

Facing the window, she reflected that it had been half a year since the change occurred. If it weren’t for that accident, she might not have met Sister Little Ning.
Thinking of this, Xia Yu was unsure whether to be grateful or resentful about the accident. And regarding transforming back … Sister Little Ning seemed content with things as they were.
On the other hand, Jiang Kekai opened her laptop to check some information.

At home, she could hug Xia Yu anytime. Now feeling regretful for coming to school today, she felt terribly lonely.
