### Chapter 6: Let You Two Head to Heaven (1)

After the burial ceremony concluded,
Lin Nan returned to Cold Wind Cave. Even though Cold Wind City had built quite a few new houses above ground, she seemed to have grown attached to the icy stone walls surrounding her, with no plans to move out just yet.
Not long after she left the crowd, she heard a loud “clang clang” fighting noise behind her.
Without turning around, Lin Nan just knew those two restless guys had started another brawl.
The moment she set foot back in Cold Wind City from Thousand Bird City,
she was genuinely angry.
So embarrassing, seriously!
With so many NPCs from Thousand Bird City present,
she had just established a powerful divine image before the citizens, and yet it wasn’t long before those two fools started wrestling, trying to prove who had the right to call her “sister,”
completely ruining her flawless image.

Meanwhile, Evil Shiyuan tightly clung to Shiyuan’s neck, with a look that screamed, “Where you go, I go!”
Lin Nan scoffed. “Oh, isn’t Ru Yu your sister? What’s this following me nonsense? I don’t like men who just leave their sisters behind!”
Evil Shiyuan raised his makeshift weapon and turned to leave.
“She’s not my sister! I need to beat her up to prove my sincerity!”

What the heck?! Is your brain wired wrong or something?
Shouldn’t you feel guilty and mope off somewhere instead?
Killing to prove your innocence? What the actual heck?
You might as well just off yourself!
So I don’t have to see you flailing about in front of me all the time.
But Lin Nan couldn’t let him go. Ru Yu couldn’t d*e just yet.
She had been brought back to Cold Wind City by Feng Yalin.
Considering she might know some insider info about Ji Shen, Lin Nan felt it was best to keep her alive for the time being.
“Only you can beat me in this world, so you alone can be my sister!” Evil Shiyuan proclaimed.
Lin Nan felt a headache coming on. But then again,
if this guy really got taken away by Ru Yu, who knew what kind of trouble he’d cause outside? What if he got bribed by enemies and turned against Cold Wind City?
Not only would that ruin her master plan,
but the revival of the Monster Race might also go up in flames.
So keeping him close and on guard seemed better; after all, with the White Shadow Sword, this guy was no match for her, and she could train him however she wanted.
Hmm, seems like a plan!
But this kid was wild, always yelling and wanting to fight.
Not long after arriving in Cold Wind City, he clashed with a Great Demon on the street, almost flattening the poor guy’s head with a single whack.
Fortunately, she spotted it in time and stomped Evil Shiyuan down, using her high heel to give his forehead a little gash.
Then Shiyuan, the poor guy, started crying, saying he wanted to be stomped too, whining about why he wasn’t getting the same treatment.
What the heck?
You want to get stomped? Fine, line up! One stomp for each of you, let’s see if you can behave!
Pleased with herself, Shiyuan seemed content.
Meanwhile, Evil Shiyuan was down on the ground, hugging his head and looking like a waterfall of tears.
This made Lin Nan’s heart soften a little.
In her anger, she’d accidentally put another hole in his head.
Now both of Evil Shiyuan’s bl**d holes were spewing like fountains.
Reluctantly, Lin Nan summoned the character card Jing Feng to heal Evil Shiyuan.
She wondered if the system had gotten more sophisticated lately;
“Master, try experimenting with some tricks, but don’t get obsessed, okay?” it said before leaving.
What the heck!
What tricks? I didn’t do anything!
After calming down, she started planning how to deal with Evil Shiyuan.
Since Shiyuan was already her guard,
having another guard might not be a bad idea.
Keeping him close felt safer; letting him roam free was asking for trouble for the whole Cold Wind City.
But these two together always getting into fights was pretty annoying.
“Stop fighting!”
As she walked from the Loyal Heroes Shrine to Cold Wind Cave’s entrance, she could only stand it for so long before turning around to scold them.
Immediately, they both halted,
sticking their heads down beneath Lin Nan’s feet.
Oh for crying out loud, since you’re offering yourselves up for punishment, don’t say I wasn’t nice!
Wait, are they trying to peek up my skirt?
They pressed their heads harder on the ground.
Lin Nan kept walking and could see the bl**d flowing from two cracks on their foreheads.
Just as she returned inside,
she heard a cheerful voice behind her asking, “What’s for dinner today?”
Hey hey, that guy recovers way too fast!
“Ah ah…”
Then came the screeching cries of the Butterfly Demons.
Turns out Evil Shiyuan had suddenly sprung out from behind Shiyuan, his fierce glare frightening those uninformed Butterfly Demons, making their legs weak with terror.
Lin Nan sighed.
Maybe once the maids got used to Evil Shiyuan, they wouldn’t react like this anymore.
When Lin Nan brought back a matching Shiyuan from Thousand Bird City, the people of Cold Moon City said, while the king’s tastes might be a bit peculiar, it certainly fit the king’s character.
One guard wasn’t adequate, but two identical twins were just right, fulfilling daily needs and sometimes doubling the fun!
Of course, this little quirk of the king paled in comparison to the king’s legendary achievements.
Cold Moon even set up strict watch posts around Cold Wind Cave, prohibiting anyone from approaching without cause.

Late at night, Lin Nan lay back on her bed, arms crossed behind her head.
At the door stood a young boy.
Another identical boy in the next room was happily snoring away.
Having two people was nice; they could take turns.
Shiyuan guarding the door alone was really too much work.
Feeling the soft silk pajamas covering her body, Lin Nan quickly drifted into deep sleep.
In her dreams, it was like she was on the scenic grasslands of the borders, rolling around in the warm sunshine, laughing and playing.
For some reason, she suddenly woke up,
and instinctively reached out to touch beside her.
Weird…
Why were there two warm objects nearby radiating heat?
