### Chapter 3: Fallen Species (10)
==============================
The audience watched as the woman suddenly unleashed a protective tornado in a moment of crisis, and they couldn’t help but cheer.
“Wow, this woman is clever!”
“As long as she can get out of Liu Fei’ang’s control zone, she’s got it made!”
“Wait, what is she doing?
Holy cr*p! She’s floating, she’s floating!”
“I’m telling you, sister, you can’t be that greedy! Escaping is already a win—why are you aiming for a permanent solution?”
“Sigh, self-inflicted misery, what can you do?”
The surrounding players were initially pretty excited. For the first time in days, they had someone who could go toe-to-toe with Liu Fei’ang, and even though they didn’t know her identity yet, gossiping about it back home would be a blast.
But then this girl went and decided to throw her life away.
She had a chance to escape but chose to go all-in with Liu Fei’ang for a mutual destruction scenario.
Maybe she was just trying to commit s*icide—barring that explanation, they couldn’t think of any other motivation!
Lin Nan originally had plenty of time to escape this place. With the tornado shielding her, Liu Fei’ang really couldn’t touch her for the moment.
However, if Liu Fei’ang continued to thrive in Sky Sword City, he would undoubtedly become an uncontrollable tumor—a cancerous cell on the body of the Asking Dao Continent, devouring all forms of life to grow larger.
While it was unclear if Liu Fei’ang’s emergence was part of the Divine Clan’s plan, she was nearly certain that when Judgment Day arrived, would fallen species like Liu Fei’ang truly stand against the Divine Clan?
Or perhaps their very existence and evolution were the results that the Divine Clan could lead, and come Judgment Day, fallen species might even become the vanguard for the Divine Clan in slaughtering the three races.
No matter which possibility it was, Lin Nan couldn’t allow Liu Fei’ang to live in Sky Sword City any longer.
She had to cut off all his life forces, and she also wanted to see how the Exile would react to her actions.
If the Exile returned to Sky Sword City because his prized creation was destroyed, that would be the best outcome for Lin Nan.
“Black Snow!”
Lin Nan conjured countless flakes of black snow, letting them swirl in the tornado’s embrace.
But from the outside looking in, it seemed like a thunderstorm tornado about to unleash lightning, both in momentum and destruction, it had surged to a whole new level.
Every place touched by the thunderstorm tornado was neatly sliced away. No matter how loudly Liu Fei’ang howled, trying to use his thick tentacles to stop the thunderstorm tornado from descending, it was all for naught.
The banquet hall that Lin Nan had escaped from was instantly reduced to countless fragments, like bl**d mist floating in the air.
In all his time dominating District 13, Liu Fei’ang had never encountered an opponent that made him look so ragged.
Ha! If I can’t beat her, can’t I dodge?
His body was spread throughout District 13, having consumed over twenty thousand living beings. A significant chunk of them were still alive in the mass of flesh, retaining independent consciousness.
Even while the main consciousness was resting, these independent consciousnesses retained their predatory instincts—they had become Liu Fei’ang’s puppets.
As long as they didn’t d*e, Liu Fei’ang wouldn’t d*e.
Unless that woman had the power to obliterate the entire district in an instant, but obviously, that was impossible.
Liu Fei’ang snickered as he swiftly shifted his consciousness to another chunk of flesh.
The destruction caused by that woman was only a bit of an itch for him; he only needed to hunt a few newcomers to fully recover.
What a pity.
He had thought he could take down this formidable opponent, and once he succeeded, he would be reborn and completely free of the earth’s confines.
Now, it looked like he’d have to wait until this woman finally left before he could lie low for a bit longer to achieve his goals.
The woman’s thunderstorm tornado continued its path of destruction, but the bl**d and flesh juices she had scattered gradually gathered behind him, reconstituting about seventy to eighty percent of their former selves.
While there were still some inevitable losses, for Liu Fei’ang, they were just raindrops in a storm.
The only thing bothering him was when that d*mn woman would finally get tired.
d*mn it! If he’d known she’d be such a pain in the neck, he should’ve just let her wander off after some fruitless probing, and he wouldn’t be stuck in this awkward position now.
The observing players hadn’t anticipated it would develop into this.
“This chick is awesome!”
“Yeah, we totally underestimated her. She’s not asking for d*ath; she’s here to mess with Liu Fei’ang!”
“Whoa, this is the first time we’ve seen Liu Fei’ang get pushed around. He’s hiding away instead of fighting back!”
“Who the heck is she? We have to get her into our guild! She’s a powerhouse! How did we never notice this amazing girl popping up in Sky Sword City before?”
“We’ll ask her when she gets tired of playing!”
“Tired of playing? You think Liu Fei’ang can’t d*e?”
“The whole District 13 is his body; no matter how formidable she is, there’s no way she can tear down every building. Plus, while she’s destroying stuff, he’s recovering. It’s a never-ending cycle!”
“Look, over there! The shape of those buildings is already taking form again, and they were just wrecked by her!”
“Tsk tsk tsk, Liu Fei’ang is basically a Cthulhu-like god—wait, no! He is one! Immortal, impossible to k*ll, living forever. Even this strong woman can’t take him down; who knows what kind of monster he’ll turn into? At this rate, even the gods might not know what to do with him!”
The audience gasped in disbelief.
Just then, the thunderstorm tornado slowly came to a stop.
The black snow immediately transformed into vapor, dissipating into the air, leaving no trace behind.
Looks like that girl is finally out of juice.
Even so, she had bulldozed nearly an entire street in her wake.
Sure, Liu Fei’ang’s recovery speed was fast too, but the buildings that were just coming back together looked crooked and wobbly, giving off vibes of a whimsical children’s amusement park.
“Haha, tired out? Can you keep going?”
Liu Fei’ang’s voice echoed through the district.
“Keep it coming if you dare! Once you’re exhausted, I’ll come get you!”
Lin Nan stood impassively on the street, where bl**d and flesh churned, her gaze fixed on the source of Liu Fei’ang’s voice.
“Useless! Haha, pretty lady, I’m starting to get a bit reluctant to let you go.”
Lin Nan suddenly snapped her fingers,
And in the next second, something that hadn’t happened in days set fear in Liu Fei’ang for the first time.
The two puppet consciousnesses guarding him suddenly gripped his arms tight without receiving any command!
