Things seemed to be heading in the worst possible direction.
Just when the audience witnessed Lin Ju suddenly emerging from the air raid shelter, saving his subordinates at the brink of disaster, the entire camp erupted into earth-shattering cheers.
With Lin Ju around, who wouldn’t be worried about achieving great things?
Sure enough, under Lin Ju’s strategic maneuvers and a bit of good old persuasion, the enemy quickly fell apart and agreed to surrender.
But before anyone could bask in the joy, the entire sky island suddenly began to shake violently.
Several helicopters that had parked at the edge of the sky island plummeted unexpectedly, with the pilots barely able to react before being engulfed by the raging fires of Ocean City below.

Everyone’s eyes locked onto the sky island.
Could it be that the sky island was about to fall apart?

Just as panic settled over the crowd, a dark figure suddenly shot out from the rubble of the air raid shelter, soaring high into the sky.
Miraculously, the shaking of the sky island stopped.
Even though the night was pitch black and the starlight weak, that figure seemed to have its own halo, and everyone could clearly see its outline through the cameras.
Compared to the previous boss, the Bull Demon King, and the second boss, the Spider Spirit, this ultimate boss’s presence was enough to make everyone gasp in awe and fear.
His trademark black outfit and heavy sword were conspicuously absent, replaced by a pair of long, black, meat-like wings sprouting from his back.
Though they appeared to be mere decorations, without any flapping effect in the air, there was no denying that this final boss’s style was off the charts, especially with a weapon in his hand that looked like a laser sword.
Everyone was dumbfounded at that moment.
Many had been confident in Lin Nan, believing she could solve any problem in the world.
But when the final boss appeared, even through a television screen, they could feel an overwhelming pressure that made weaklings wobble on their feet.

“Retreat! Everyone fall back immediately!” shouted Lin Nan, looking as if she was facing a formidable opponent, clutching her flaming kn*fe to her chest.
Prince Eric had initially agreed to surrender to the Operation Bureau, but upon seeing Fu Yetian’s overwhelming might, he quickly ordered his men to retreat amidst the chaos of the earthquake.
Instinctively fearing the strong, Eric didn’t want to get anywhere near Fu Yetian.
But suddenly realizing that if Fu Yetian wiped out all the enemies, the rewards for the demon race would be significantly reduced, he steeled himself and approached Fu Yetian.
“Um… Fu Sir, could you spare some people for us to handle, uh…”
Eric suddenly felt a sharp pain in his throat and couldn’t utter another word.
Shaking, he looked down to see a finger-sized laser sword halfway embedded in his neck; the heat had sealed his veins, and not a drop of bl**d was escaping.
“Since you’ve surrendered, why bring a long face back here?” Fu Yetian lightly raised a finger.
With a “crunch,” Eric’s head fell from the height, while his body, surrounded by the laser sword, exploded into a heap of sizzling meat chunks.
Everyone was horrified.
Especially those from the demon race, upon witnessing the prince’s d*ath, the warriors began to stir, clamoring for revenge.
But clearly, Fu Yetian’s display of overwhelming power kept their vengeful thoughts limited to mere words; no one was willing to throw away their life for nothing.
Freeman realized what was going on—Fu Yetian had already marked them all as traitors, ready to wipe them out without hesitation.
That old coot Eric actually volunteered to be a sacrifice, truly saving all his brothers present.
One couldn’t help but admit, Eric finally did something good this time.
After Lin Nan issued the retreat order, Nie Zhengchu immediately organized everyone towards the helicopter.
But at that moment, Fu Yetian suddenly vanished, and when he reappeared, he was already at the helicopter landing zone.
Lin Nan was startled and immediately shouted, “Take off now!”
“Teleport!”
Lin Nan swiftly executed two teleportations, managing to block Fu Yetian’s path just in time.
Fu Yetian furrowed his brows, scrutinizing Lin Nan as if he were a sieve.

Fu Yetian laughed heartily, “Are you kidding?
I get it now! The reason the System puts us as opponents is to select a savior. We in the Ji Shen have been aware of the bl**d of All Spirits Formation mobilized by the Flowerless Palace. In just two short years, who could resist the Divine Clan’s cleansing but a true savior?
Thanks to the System, my power is now enough to destroy the heavens and the earth, what do I have to fear from the Divine Clan?”
“You’re way too chatty.”
With a fierce stretch of his arms, Fu Yetian conjured a skill reminiscent of Li Ying Tian, the Sect Leader of Thousand Bird City, right in front of Lin Nan.
But this time, Fu Yetian’s skill was on a whole new level, with over a hundred finger-sized laser swords hovering in mid-air, each flickering with a cold yet scorching glow.
“Scatter!”
Fu Yetian uttered a single word, and the laser swords shot out in all directions like a goddess scattering flowers.
The helicopters behind Lin Nan sensed danger and attempted to take off, desperate to flee the sky island.
But it was all too late.
The helicopter fleet was instantly transformed into fiery explosions under the assault of the laser swords; the ear-splitting sounds and the wave of heat made onlookers’ eyes bulge with rage.
“Everyone on the sky island is my prey; not a single one gets away.”
With a smile, Fu Yetian slowly floated into the air.
He was like the grim reaper, sowing despair and the scent of d*ath into everyone’s hearts.
