108 The Silver Dragon Queen Hasn’t Given Up
After being caught by Leon in a very “dragon-catching” manner, the battlefield shifted from the bathroom to his bed.
After a few rounds, Teacher Leon seemed to think the bed was too small and not satisfying enough, so he picked up Roswiser and headed to her room.
During the break, Roswiser, her cheeks flushed, asked, “Do you really have to wander around like this? It’s fine in the bathroom or your room, but walking around like this? Aren’t you afraid someone will see us?”
Leon shrugged, “You’re the Queen, and I’m the Queen’s husband. Everything we do is completely justified, right?”
Roswiser narrowed her eyes and gritted her teeth, “You really are… shameless!”
Leon scratched his head, “Rather than me being shameless, dear Melkway, you told me to stop when you needed a break, but then told me to keep going. Seems like you’re the one who’s a bit shameless?”
Roswiser was left speechless by Leon’s retort, clutching a pillow tightly to her chest as if her life depended on it, the surface crinkled from her grip.
She glared at Leon, feeling a mix of shyness and anger. The last two days had been some of the darkest of her life as the Silver Dragon Queen.
But ultimately, it was her own reckless use of the bl**d Enchantment that had sown these seeds of chaos.
And day after day, that chaos had continued to affect her life.
The more Roswiser thought about it, the angrier she got—angry at her own negligence and angry at Leon for taking advantage of her.
Her ample bosom heaved up and down as frustration and anger bubbled within her.
She gritted her teeth, forcing herself to calm down and think.
With the current situation, just being angry wouldn’t help.
In fact, it would only encourage Leon to be even more daring, and in the end, she might lose her family standing forever.
She needed to come up with a plan to turn the tables in her desperate situation.
After a brief contemplation, Roswiser decided to try the method she had used at two-thirty in the morning.
She planned to use Leon’s tendency to spill his heart once he fell asleep at that hour to extract the hiding spot of the backup photos.
As long as she could find and destroy those backups, her hard days would come to an end!
But the success of this strategy depended on one thing: Leon had to be asleep before two-thirty.
Roswiser lifted her head to glance at the clock.
It was a little past eleven at night.
She looked back at Leon, the Dog Man, who was breathing steadily, full of energy; the night of “combat” had not worn him out in the slightest. He looked like he could go for another few hours!
Seeing this, Roswiser felt a twinge of regret. This guy really was something! From now on, she had to guard against him more closely and not let him take the initiative so easily.
But she wasn’t a lamb to the slaughter either! Roswiser adjusted her demeanor and changed her tone,
“Aren’t you tired?”
Leon gave her a sidelong glance but didn’t answer directly; instead, he asked, “Why? Are you tired?”
Roswiser rubbed her arms, looking down at her silver eyes, shaking her head, “I’m just worried about you.”
“Worried about me?”
When did you ever start worrying about me, Mother Dragon?
“Yeah, you humans have a saying, ‘Good wine is great, but don’t overindulge.'”
Roswiser added, “Even the strongest Dragon Slayer can’t be played with day and night.”
As she spoke, she moved closer to him.
She raised her hand, her soft, warm palm resting on Leon’s shoulder.
Her softness enveloped his upper arm, her warm breath brushing lightly against his ear, teasingly ticklish.
“I’m perfectly fine; you can come as many times as you want. After all, you hold all the cards, and I can’t dare to resist you.”
Roswiser said this pitifully, “But you should take care of yourself. I can’t run away anyway, so you can come by anytime. Like they say, ‘Slow and steady wins the race.’ There’s no need to keep it going so late every day.”
If Leon hadn’t found out she had snuck into her own room for those backup photos, he might have actually believed this Mother Dragon’s nonsense.
Getting him to believe Roswiser required only two things:
Either Roswiser had gone completely daft, or he’d gone daft thanks to her.
In any case, in a situation where neither were foolish, no matter what the Evil Dragon said, Leon wouldn’t buy it, not even a punctuation mark.
Please, after finally fighting for the authority in the family, how could he let his guard down at the mere scent of her fake pleading?
But…
Let’s just agree for now and see what this Mother Dragon has up her sleeve.
Feigning hesitation, he finally said, “You make a good point. So tonight… let’s leave it at that.”
Roswiser’s eyes brightened, and she secretly sighed in relief.
But being the clever one, she didn’t immediately express her relief; instead, she casually suggested, “Hmm… But if you’re not satisfied, maybe we could… take a bath together?”
Oh, Roswiser, the one time you decided to be the sensible one—
Too bad you can trick the guys, but don’t fool yourself.
Leon chuckled internally, shaking his head and rolling out of bed.
“Get some good rest, see you tomorrow.”
He dressed and left Roswiser’s bedroom.
Thud—
The sound of the door closing made Roswiser breathe a huge sigh of relief.
Great, the first step of her plan went off without a hitch.
Now she just needed to quietly wait for two-thirty to arrive.
Covering her face with her hands, Roswiser took a moment to rest before finally getting out of bed and heading to the bathroom.
She turned on the faucet, hot water cascading over her body from head to toe.
Standing before the mirror, she looked at herself.
The skin from her waist up was covered in kiss marks—
Of course, Leon had the same problem.
Thank goodness the weather had cooled recently; otherwise, if she wore anything too thin, she would definitely run into Anna and the others, and it would lead to a bout of gossip.
“Dog Man… can you be a bit gentler?”
She quietly complained as her hand wandered to her abdomen, a flicker of light appearing.
This was her essential measure after absorbing the essence of Leon’s “cultural exchange”—otherwise, those essences might very well turn into “love’s little surprise” in ten months.
Once she dealt with that, Roswiser emerged from the bathroom, dried off, and lay back on the bed, quietly waiting for the fateful hour of two-thirty.
…
After a few hours, Roswiser quietly entered Leon’s bedroom.
He lay sprawled out on the bed, breathing evenly, seemingly deep in sleep.
Roswiser tiptoed to the side of the bed and, with the moonlight streaming in, gazed at his chiseled face.
“Hmph, even the strongest Dragon Slayer is completely defenseless while sleeping.”
She glanced up at the clock on the wall.
Two twenty-nine.
She slowly inhaled and then exhaled.
Tick-tock—tick-tock—
The second hand moved leisurely, and Roswiser fidgeted with her fingers, anxiously awaiting the moment.
Finally!
Two-thirty!
“Leon Casmod, where have you hidden my bunny girl photos?” Roswiser asked.
No response.
She waited quietly.
Last time, she had to wait a few seconds after asking before Leon reacted.
But after several seconds, Leon still didn’t respond at all.
Roswiser frowned slightly. “Leon, where did you hide the photos?”
Still no response.
The flame of hope that had just ignited in her heart was swiftly extinguished.
Her Master had said that asking him questions at two-thirty would sometimes get her his heartfelt answer.
But it seemed that ‘sometimes’ didn’t mean every time.
It looked like Roswiser had just hit the jackpot a few days ago and struck gold.
But on such an important night, Lady Luck was nowhere to be found.
Disappointed, Roswiser turned to leave.
But just as she turned her back, she suddenly realized something.
Hurriedly, she glanced back at Leon, biting her lip, and said,
“Leon, take me to where you’ve hidden the photos.”
Her Master had mentioned that in addition to heartfelt truths, “Truth or Dare” could occasionally yield results as well.
Holding onto a “wild horse as a last resort” mindset, Roswiser had no choice but to give this move a shot.
After giving the command, she anxiously awaited his reply.
Come on, Leon, move! Leon, you better move!
“Ugh…”
Leon mumbled in his sleep, and to her surprise, he slowly sat up.
A surge of excitement rushed through Roswiser—there was hope!
Once sitting, Leon slowly swung his legs off the bed, stumbling a bit as he made his way toward the door.
Roswiser followed closely behind him.
“Hmph, Dog Man, you thought you could act so smug for two days, and now you don’t even realize you’re my captive? By tomorrow morning, when you wake up, you’ll find everything has returned to square one!”
