After chatting for a while, the topic shifted back to the Daughters.
Leon thought back to that fleeting glance Noia had given him this morning, as if asking, “Dad, you’re not leaving me, right?”

Leon rolled his eyes and nudged Roswiser’s shoulder. “Speak nicely.”
Roswiser chuckled, put down the teddy, and looked at Leon. “Of course, going to the beach is fine, especially since we promised the Daughters. But we’ll need to get a few new swimsuits.”
“New swimsuits?”
“Yeah, all we have left is the one from that hot springs trip.”

Leon shook his head, trying to dispel the messy thoughts, “I didn’t! I don’t want you to wear it again, stop saying that!”
Of course, Roswiser was mesmerizing in that swimsuit, but to make Leon endure that all over again? Not a chance.
The little evil dragon thought she could ruin his willpower with just a sexy sheer swimsuit?

“Fine, I actually kept that swimsuit all along. Since you don’t want to see it, I’ll just throw it away.”
“Hmph! Trying to trick me, no way! You can throw it if you want; I don’t care!”
“Ooh, look at you, so defiant! Just don’t go sneaking through my trash bin, that’d be so creepy.”
Leon shot her a glare and stopped arguing. He got off the bed.
“Where are you going?”
“Going to play with the Daughters.”
“Come with me to the tribe this afternoon to buy clothes.”
“Do it yourself.”
“If I go by myself, what do I need you for, fake husband?”
As Leon walked towards the door, he waved over his shoulder at Roswiser, “Got it, got it. What time this afternoon?”
“After two, remember to come back.”
“Okay.”
His master once told him that in this world, you could refuse any request from anyone, but when a woman asks you to accompany her shopping, there’s no way to say no.
Leon asked why.
His master said, when a woman asks you to go shopping, she isn’t asking, she’s notifying you. If you resist, your life will definitely become more difficult.

“Okay~” Moon nodded obediently.
Leon turned and headed for the training ground.
Sure enough, Noia was there practicing the new magic Leon had taught her recently.
The new magic was quite complex, even for a dragon in their teens, mastering it quickly was a tall order.
Despite Noia’s innate talent, she wasn’t seeing results in the early stages either.

After practicing for so long, the magical circuits and tendons in her body were aching enough to make her arms tremble slightly.
Leon had pushed himself hard like this when he was young, so he knew how taxing it could be.

If she didn’t want to share, Leon wasn’t going to force her.
Looking at her dusty little face, he smiled and wiped her cheeks, then shared some good news,
“We’re going to the beach in a few days.”
Her tired eyes instantly lit up, “Really, Dad!”
“Yep, really. Mom and I are going to get swimsuits this afternoon. Is there anything you want me to bring back?”
Noia thought for a moment and instead of saying what she wanted, asked, “Is this a date, Dad?”
“Ah? No, no, it’s not a date… Just a simple shopping trip.”
Noia tilted her head, “Isn’t that a date then? A girl wouldn’t casually go to buy clothes with a boy, so this is definitely a date.”
Your mom’s over two hundred years old, and you still call her a girl?
Leon pinched her tiny nose, “Fine, fine, it’s a date, you little smart aleck. Happy now?”
He could handle being tough with the Mother Dragon, but with his Daughter, his mouth turned as soft as cotton.

Noia giggled, “Then I won’t ask Dad to get me anything. You and Mom can focus on your date!”
Leon chuckled, then scooped Noia into his arms. “Let’s go find your sisters to play.”
“Okay~”
