Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You – Chapter 295

106 Primordial Magic

The experience brought on by double Dragon Patterns completely shredded their sanity.

No matter what method they tried or what poses they struck, nothing could satisfy their cravings for each other.

Once wasn’t enough.

Twice wasn’t enough.

Three times wasn’t enough.

They needed more.

Even as the bedsheets soaked through, even as the first light of dawn peeked over the horizon, even as their bodies were completely worn out…

They had to go again.

Rather than call it a Dragon Pattern, it was more like an addictive poison.

Just a tiny dab, and they were hooked.

Roswiser lay there with closed eyes, mouth slightly ajar, but unable to make a sound.

She had run out of energy; her body had long succumbed to extreme fatigue two hours earlier.

But still, she welcomed Leon, continuously squeezing her Dragon King’s form to match every thrust from the Dragon Slayer.

Another night of debauchery—at this point, the couple couldn’t even count how many times it had happened.

Feeling a swelling sensation, Roswiser crossed her legs and lay on her side, her body twitching involuntarily,

“Leon… I’m so tired.”

Leon lay in front of her, reaching over to smooth the damp hair sticking to her forehead.

“Let’s call it a night, Roswiser… this is insane.”

With a tired smile, Roswiser replied, “You said that three hours ago, but the minute I touched you, you just… pounced.”

Leon offered a wry smile in return. “Then stop touching me!”

Fatigue washed over the queen as she let out a small laugh, resting her forehead gently on Leon’s broad shoulder, giving her the solid comfort she needed after all that exhaustion.

“How can I resist touching you, you big oaf?”

Roswiser only spilled her heart in two scenarios.

One was when she was drunk;

The other was when she had just finished her homework and felt a little loopy, wanting to crawl into Leon’s arms for a nap.

And well, here we are.

She draped her fair, slender arm across the chest of the man beside her, her warm palm sliding over his chest’s Dragon Pattern.

The glow of the Dragon Pattern finally began to fade away.

Looking at the Dragon Pattern on her arm, it too had calmed down.

Roswiser silently let out a sigh of relief. “Finally… it’s over.”

No matter how strong the reaction from the Dragon Patterns, it depended on the couple’s physical condition.

If they kept at it, she feared she might have to walk holding onto the walls.

Seeing the Dragon Pattern calm down, Leon felt reassured and gently covered Roswiser’s slightly cool hand with his.

After a moment of silence, Leon suddenly asked,

“By the way, now that the reaction from the Dragon Pattern has become so sensitive, won’t it affect our daily lives? Or what if it happens in the middle of a fight? That could be dangerous.”

This was indeed an important question.

What if Leon was engaging a fearless Dragon King, and his wife suddenly worried about him back home and then—

Dragon Pattern, activate!

The opposing Dragon King sees the purple glow flashing from General Leon’s chest and arms, thinking he’s about to unleash a powerful move;

But in reality, General Leon just wanted to cuddle with his wife.

The opposing Dragon King: Can you please respect me a little?

This is so not okay!

Roswiser shook her head. “That won’t happen. Whether the Dragon Pattern resonates or not largely depends on our subjective feelings.”

“Subjective feelings?”

“Yep. Like you just said, what if the Dragon Pattern reacts during a fight? That’s actually impossible.”

Roswiser continued, “Although during a battle it’s inevitable to worry and miss each other, that kind of longing is completely different from the longing during downtime. The distinction isn’t about the Dragon Pattern; it’s us.”

She quietly withdrew her hand, slowly moving it upward until it rested on Leon’s neck, lightly tracing the line of his strong jaw as she continued,

“You can’t seriously be thinking about asking me out while fighting, can you?”

Leon took a moment to ponder, then responded seriously, “Hard to say. Since all the Dragon Kings I’ve met are weaklings, I could very well be thinking of you while fighting.”

Roswiser feigned exasperation, pulling away her arm. “What do you mean all the Dragon Kings you’ve met are weaklings? So I’m weak too?”

“No, no, no! You are definitely not weak. I mean, I’ve never fought with a Dragon King until dawn like I did with you.”

“Ugh, you’re impossible!”

Roswiser pulled her hand back and shifted to the other side of the big bed, purposely creating some distance from Leon.

Leon didn’t budge closer.

The couple lay there staring at the ceiling.

After a moment, Roswiser spoke up,

“Based on the strength of the resonance just now, the second Dragon Pattern has no problems. So we can use it to store more magic now.”

“Right.”

The goal of carving the second Dragon Pattern was definitely not just for more stimulating “homework” sessions (though that might be part of it, it’s only a tiny bit), but rather to become stronger together.

More magic means more ability to cast spells in battle.

“However… just relying on this isn’t enough.”

Roswiser said, “Just increasing our magic reserves won’t decisively impact our battles. I need… other ways to enhance myself.”

Leon glanced at her, saying,

“You’re a speed-focused Silver Dragon, fundamentally different from the attack-focused Dragon Kings like Constantine and Stah. So pushing yourself too hard could introduce unexpected risks, right?”

Roswiser nodded. “There are indeed risks. But I also don’t want to…”

She elongated the syllable, hesitating on whether to voice her thoughts.

“Don’t want to?”

Roswiser closed her eyes, a slight smile playing on her lips. She slowly turned her head, opening her beautiful silver eyes to gaze at the man before her,

“I don’t want to always hide behind you. I want to stand with you, Leon.”

Meeting her gaze, Leon’s pupils shifted slightly. “Didn’t we team up against Stah? You’re already strong, Roswiser.”

“Sure, we teamed up, but whether it was breaking through his absolute defense or countering his final explosion, it was all thanks to you.”

Roswiser gave a wry smile, her tone dripping with self-deprecation. “If a prisoner hogs the spotlight from a queen, doesn’t that make me a bit of a laughingstock?”

“That’s nonsense, you fool.”

Leon gently caressed her cheek, softly saying, “Without your timely intervention, I couldn’t have danced away from Stah’s explosion unscathed. I would have still taken some damage.”

“So my role is just to help you take less damage?”

“Well, I wouldn’t say that, Your Majesty, that’s just your twist.”

Roswiser laughed lightly, settling back down.

“Hmm… I actually have been thinking of a way.” Roswiser said.

Hearing this, Leon quietly sighed.

As expected, his wife was as stubborn as a mule; once she decided something, not even eight dragons could stop her.

But he still wanted to hear her out, “What is it?”

“Have you heard of… ‘Primordial Magic’?”
