Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You – Chapter 322

26 Boohoo, I’ll never dare again!

(Just kidding)

The peaceful night was shattered by flames and chaos.

The guards of the Red Dragon Race rushed in to intercept the sudden enemy that appeared out of nowhere.

“Is that… is that the Dragon King? Or… something else?” one guard gawked at the gigantic creature looming before him.

The reason for such a question was that this ‘being’ attacking the Red Dragon Holy Temple was just too bizarre.

It was loaded with features of S-class and even super S-class Dangerous Species—like the Steel Rock Mammoth, Scaly Rhino, and Lava Cerberus.

And that was just what was visible at first glance; other body parts were so complicated they looked like a jigsaw puzzle gone wrong.

However, the creature’s head was unmistakable, and it was the exact reason why the Red Dragon guard first identified it as the “Dragon King.”

It was a… dragon’s head.

A dark red, enormous head that seemed like it had been glued onto this “Frankenstein” body.

Those terrifying dragon eyes looked down on the guards beneath, and with each step it took, flames spread outwards.

“It… it’s the head of the Red Flame Dragon King!”

Another guard recognized exactly whose noggin that was.

“The Red Flame Dragon King? But didn’t Prince Leon defeat him ages ago? How can—”

Boom!—

Before the guards could finish their shocked exclamations, the ‘reborn’ Constantine launched his attack.

The colossal body of the Steel Rock Mammoth merely needed to stomp a foot to make the earth tremble.

The guards promptly spread their Dragon Wings, gearing up to launch an aerial counterattack.

They had just observed that, despite the amalgamation of various Dangerous Species traits, this stitched-up monster had no wings at all.

Which meant it couldn’t fly.

So attacking from the skies was their best bet.

The Red Dragon guards simultaneously unleashed their Dragon Flames at Constantine.

However, a barrage of fireballs slammed into its body without inflicting even a scratch.

“Steel Rock Mammoth’s body, huh… its defensive capabilities are off the charts,” a guard wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.

Super S-class Dangerous Species: Steel Rock Mammoth.

That was a creature even dragons dared not hunt lightly.

Its defense rivaled that of a Dragon King.

Even without making any defensive gestures, Constantine was utterly unfazed by the guards’ previous attacks.

He continued his march toward the Red Dragon Holy Temple.

It was clear that was his goal for the night.

The guards pressed on with their efforts to halt Constantine’s advance.

But their attempts were utterly futile.

More guards gathered, the glow of Dragon Flames lighting up the night sky.

Yet, none of it made a sliver of difference to Constantine’s march.

Meanwhile, on a distant mountaintop, Scott and a Dragon stood watching the scene unfold.

“I thought Mr. Nacho would be supervising this time,” the Dragon commented.

“He’s not coming, Fair,” Scott said with a tone of smug satisfaction. “And he won’t be coming again.”

Iron Wing Dragon King Fair was the “hero” who, during the Extreme North Land expedition, had swiped a portion of Noah’s power.

Now, with Rave and the other Dragon Kings dead, he had no choice but to make contact with the Empire.

In Fair’s mind, that guy named Nacho Salaman was quite interesting—

Because he often heard Rave complain about him.

But now, the person doing the complaining was gone, and the one being complained about was nowhere to be seen.

Ah, how times change, Fair thought with a slight sigh.

“Mr. Andi seems very confident in the reborn Constantine, sending just me, a single Dragon King, to assist with the supervision,” Fair mentioned.

“Of course, after all, this is the ultimate creature the Empire worked hard to create,” Scott squinted at the monstrosity intent on burning everything.

“It’s the ultimate weapon specifically designed to hunt Leon Casmod.”

“Infusing the abilities and traits of so many Dangerous Species definitely required a lot of effort,” Fair nodded. “But I have one concern.”

Scott turned to him, “What?”

“Will the reborn Constantine really listen fully to the Empire? Has he truly lost all independent will?”

At his words, Scott snorted, “Of course. What independent will can a dead dragon have? Don’t worry, Fair, our Empire’s Royal Sorcerer Corps is quite professional.”

“Is that so? Well, that puts my mind at ease,” Fair replied.

“After all, if that crazy dragon Constantine gains free control over this powerful body… ha, it’s not just Leon Casmod who would be in danger, he could wipe out most living things on the road to Samael.”

Although Constantine had been the first Dragon King to be soloed by Leon Casmod, no one questioned his brutality and ferocity.

He was the epitome of the Dragon Race, embodying all the traits of their species.

Now, coming back from the dead only suited his fiery temper even better.

“Unceasing and relentless… Constantine,” Fair murmured softly while continuing to watch the battlefield ahead.

Outside the Holy Temple, the battle was a lopsided affair.

No attack from the guards was able to harm Constantine, who possessed the body of a Steel Rock Mammoth.

“What do we do… this guy is genuinely terrifying,” one guard said, panic creeping into his voice.

“Our attacks can’t even touch it, what should we…”

“……”

Just as despair settled among the guards, a ringing female voice came from behind.

“Everyone, fall back!”

The guards turned to look.

Isar and two other royals were making their way toward them.

“Is the majesty finally going to make a move… it seems this opponent truly isn’t something we can handle.”

The guards parted to make way, and as Leon and his comrades reached the center of the Holy Temple courtyard, one guard stepped forward to report.

“Your Majesty, after a brief engagement, we couldn’t ascertain what race or category the opponent belongs to, but we can confirm that its head… belongs to the Red Flame Dragon King, Constantine.”

Isar’s expression turned serious. “I see. Have the nearby clansfolk head to the underground shelters for safety, and arrange more personnel to protect the three princesses. No mistakes allowed.”

“Understood, Your Majesty!”

The guards retreated in an orderly fashion, guiding other clansfolk to safety.

In the vast courtyard, only Leon, his companions, and the revenge-fueled abomination remained.

“I swear I’ll never tell a Constantine hell joke again,” Leon looked up at the massive creature. “He can genuinely win a revival match now.”

“Revivals or whatever… there are many methods. The question is, how did he sneak up on the Red Dragon Holy Temple?” Roswiser pointed out. “With such a colossal body, even a single step would cause a minor earthquake, yet he suddenly appeared at the temple’s perimeter. And judging by his body structure, he can’t fly. It’s as if he just… materialized out of thin air.”

“Well, maybe he crawled out directly from the grave, which is why it was silent—”

“Roar!!—”

“Okay, okay, I really won’t tell your hell jokes again, just chill out.”

Roswiser opened her Dragon Wings and took up an attack stance.

“Time to get serious, Leon.”

“Got it.”

Leon stepped forward, opening his right hand as blue light suddenly flared up.

The next second, the explosion of a thousand birds filled the night sky.
