Shut Up, Malevolent Dragon! I Don’t Want to Have Any More Children With You – Chapter 339

Only Seize the Day!

Once life settled down a bit, Roswiser would promptly awaken her “Silver Dragon Jealousy King” attribute, adding just a dash of excitement to their impending mundane existence.

Countless past experiences had already taught Leon that each time she got jealous, besides expressing her discontent, she had another agenda lined up.

He was quite convinced that this time would be no different.

With that thought in mind, Leon leisurely pressed down on the wrist draped around his neck and asked softly, “Just say what you want. No need to use jealousy as an excuse.”

Roswiser wasn’t in a hurry to respond. She tilted her head slightly, wriggled out of Leon’s grip, and wrapped her arms around his neck again.

Then Leon pressed her down again.

Then she lifted her arm once more.

Then he pressed her down again—

At this point, after a few rounds, Leon decided to just go with the flow.

This Mother Dragon was as stubborn as a mule; what other choice did he have?

Satisfied to snugly hold Leon’s neck, Roswiser flashed him a sultry smile.

She leaned in closer, breathing in sync with the man before her, her silver lashes brushing against Leon’s skin with each blink, teasing him slightly.

And that delightful scent she carried, like an invisible fairy that was palpable yet untouchable, wrapped around him.

Before, her fragrance was subtle and refreshing; but after Little Light was born, it deepened to something richer yet still enchanting—that is, intoxicating.

“First of all, your question is too logical,” Roswiser said gently.

“Logical? What do you mean?”

“When your wife is jealous, it’s not exactly the time for tactful inquiries probing her true motives, you know? Hmm?”

Her tone and expression were very subtle—half smirk, half playful.

She seemed to relish the moment; while it wasn’t overly sweet, it was enough to sink her deeper into it.

Maybe it was just because this idiot right in front of her was excessively charming, making every moment spent together feel like a fine detail worth savoring.

At the same time, Roswiser was quite adept at “enhancing” the atmosphere.

Like a skilled bartender, she was carefully concocting a high-concentration drink of ambiguity between her and Leon.

“To put it simply… you’re too much of a straight guy.”

“You’ve known me for ages.”

“Well, you’ve known me for ages too!”

The Queen moved in a smidge closer, her nose barely touching Leon’s, “Coddle me.”

“How come I remember my wife being a queen and not some cutesy little wife?”

“What? Don’t like the contrast of this queen?”

Leon sighed in utter resignation.

After some thought, he made a decision.

In the next moment, Leon swiftly kissed Roswiser on the lips.

The beauty was slightly taken aback but quickly accepted this fleeting peck.

Just before he could dive deeper into the kiss, Roswiser pulled away, still staying close against Leon.

With a smirk, she asked, “What was that? I’m still jealous, and you just go ahead and kiss me?”

“Hey, we were bound to follow this process sooner or later, so why not skip to the good part?”

“Hmph, my sister was right after all.”

“What did that annoyingly smart sister of yours who only channels her genius into gossip and love stories say this time?”

“She said that after a long marriage, men run out of patience.”

Roswiser fiddled with Leon’s slightly flushed earlobe with her thumb, “You used to be patient, wooing me ‘til I was happy before you made your moves. Now you want to get straight to the final act. Sigh… Men~”

Leon rolled his eyes in utter disbelief.

In truth, he did have the patience to make the Mother Dragon happy; it wasn’t that his little head controlled him into a hurry to touch her.

He simply didn’t want to be led around by her nose.

Roswiser was unlike other women; she wouldn’t let her emotions control her—in fact, she could perfectly control her emotions.

This, of course, included jealousy.

Jealousy was merely a tactic she used to “coerce” Leon; in her words, it was just marital fun.

And each time she enjoyed her happiness, she’d seize the opportunity for Leon to do things she wanted, thus achieving her goals.

But this time, Leon wasn’t going to be a pushover.

He needed to fight back.

As a married man, he should resist!

“Why are you suddenly quiet? Hmm? Did I hit a nerve? I—hmm~…”

Before she could finish, Leon wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her tightly into his embrace.

The beauty’s softness pressed against his chest, and due to their height difference, a mere glance down revealed the Dragon Pattern and that mysterious glorious valley.

But Leon kept his gaze locked on her stunning silver eyes.

While her feminine features were breathtaking, he preferred looking into her eyes.

Beautiful and deep, like a galaxy that made one willingly get lost within.

“Roswiser, what if I just want to touch you? What’s stopping me?”

“I’m your wife, what can you do? Of course, you can… just take your pick~.”

Roswiser smiled, her seductive grin enticing, “But afterward, you must pamper me twice as much.”

A romance can’t last forever.

It’s bound to end before the dawn breaks.

Leon’s thoughts shifted slightly; he didn’t want to deal with his dramatic wife when he was exhausted.

Noticing his retreat, Roswiser smiled lightly, “Fine, if you don’t want to pamper me, don’t.”

“It’s not that I don’t want to pamper you…”

“Well, then save those sweet nothings you were going to whisper for next time.”

Roswiser let go of Leon.

Leon secretly sighed in relief.

But just when he thought the flirtation had ended, he saw Roswiser heading to the phonograph and restarting the same waltz from earlier.

“You can skip pampering me, but this isn’t over yet.”

Roswiser leisurely turned around, slightly bending at the waist and making a ‘please’ gesture, “May I invite you to dance, Mr. Casmod?”

“…Please spare me, Your Majesty!”

Roswiser straightened, glaring at him with her beautiful brows, “What do you mean, Leon? You can dance with a senior but not with your wife? Fine, dog man, don’t you ever think about sleeping in my bed again!”

“Alright, alright, let’s dance.”

“Too late, I don’t feel like dancing anymore.”

With her arms crossed and head turned away, she feigned indifference.

But she neither left nor switched off the phonograph.

The hint was pretty darn clear.

Before the waltz transitioned into the next phase, Leon stepped forward, bent down, and offered his hand.

“Miss Roswiser, may I invite you to dance?”

“Hmph…”

The Queen suppressed her smile, “Alright, just for you, I’ll reluctantly agree.”

She extended her hand, and Leon gently took it.

The couple embraced again and began to move in sync to the waltz.

It wasn’t a fast-paced tune, so the dance remained soft and fluid.

Roswiser danced barefoot; Leon glanced and promptly asked, “Aren’t your feet cold?”

“They are. What will you do about it?”

“You could stand on my feet.”

“Then I won’t hold back.”

She lightly lifted her foot and placed it on the top of Leon’s foot.

The pace was slow, with no grand sweeping gestures, so this position didn’t throw off their coordination.

To reward the dog man for being so agreeable, while standing on his foot, Roswiser rose slightly on her toes and gave him a light kiss at the corner of his mouth.

With that kiss, the background waltz officially transitioned to the next stage.

The tempo noticeably quickened, and Roswiser no longer stood on his feet.

The couple danced amiably in their bedroom.

The hem of her nightgown swayed freely under warm orange lights, her long hair billowing like silver rivulets.

Dancing with Roswiser reminded Leon of why he had turned down that senior before:

She had no sense of self.

She only knew how to please and had shed her unique traits.

Leon didn’t want that; he was seeking an equal relationship—not one where a person would change for another.

And Roswiser perfectly epitomized what “equality” meant.

In this dance, she didn’t consciously cater to Leon or try to appease him, nor did she simply follow his rhythm.

Instead, it was her unwavering self that made this dance even more perfect.

Leon admired her, but not solely because of her beauty.

Her allure went without saying, but more than that, it was her resilient and proud heart that drew him in.

“What are you smiling about?” Roswiser suddenly asked.

Leon realized he had smirked without even noticing.

He shook his head, “Nothing.”

“Speak.”

Their dance continued, and they were drawing closer to the big bed.

“I just think conquering a woman like you feels like quite an achievement.”

“Conquering me? Ha, you’d need another two hundred years for that.”

The waltz concluded.

The bedroom plunged into silence, leaving only their hastening heartbeats echoing.

“Two hundred years is too long; we’ll just seize the day.”

“Seize the day?”

“Until the sun sets and then rises…”

Leon leaned in to kiss Roswiser.

They slowly turned, allowing gravity to draw them toward the soft bed.

Just before Leon slipped off her nightgown, she slowly extended her tail, using the tip to draw down the bed curtain.

The curtain fell gradually, enveloping the space in a shroud of intimacy, as only the murmuring of their evening could be heard.
