9. Lily’s Solution
From the very first interaction, Wen Yang’s student left an extraordinarily bad impression on Ning Chu.
This little brat is probably in second year of middle school, which means he’s around thirteen years old.
But if I gauge his height, he’s at least 1.7 meters tall… totally decimating her!
Seriously, kids these days are getting way too much nutrition!
Ning Chu glanced down at her own 1.6-meter frame and face innocent enough to pass for a middle schooler without raising any eyebrows…
With a glare directed at him, she said nothing and walked straight into the library.
“What’s up?”
“Nothing.” Wen Yang smirked, wrapping his arm around the student’s shoulders, “Come on, class is starting.”
Seeing Ning Chu was upset, the student probably mistook identities and after a moment of thought, curiously asked, “Teacher, is she your girlfriend?”
“……”
Wen Yang beamed, clearly loving this misunderstanding, but he held back on responding directly in case Ning Chu heard him and he found himself in hot water.
“It’s illegal, teacher!”
His smile faltered: “She’s already eighteen.”
“Is that so?!”
This library is located in the city center, the largest in the area, taking up an enormous Victorian-style building. Apart from the reading area, there are paid little cubicles set up as study rooms.
As Ning Chu stepped inside, she curiously assessed the European-style architecture and quickly locked her gaze on all the females in sight.
First up was a girl who looked like a fantasy character… a girl with pointed ears and white hair, possibly an elf? Definitely a first for her.
Then there was another girl sporting what looked like horns.
Suddenly, a meme popped into her mind, claiming only rams have horns, which made those cute characters in past animes all cross-dressers.
But actually, female sheep just have a lower likelihood of having horns, while male sheep might not have horns either.
After a sweeping glance, Ning Chu’s heart felt a bit more settled.
The several fantastical girls here didn’t appear in any books, clearly unrelated to the plot, and the other girls’ looks didn’t even reach side character level.
“What are you daydreaming about?”
Wen Yang came over with the student in tow, “I took him to the study room. What about you?”
“I… I’m just going to find some books to read.”
Ning Chu paused, suddenly took off her coat and handed it to Wen Yang.
“Hot?”
“Just thought it would look better on you.”

The coat looked a bit short on Wen Yang, not even covering the hem of his short sleeves, but when Ning Chu wore it, it covered her b*tt completely, and her arms couldn’t stretch out fully.
Not that she minded; she only needed the main character’s halo the coat carried, to avoid bumping into any weirdos in the library where the book’s plot often unfolded.
“I’ll find you later.”
“Okay.”
Wen Yang pointed her to the study room and left with the student.
Ning Chu’s goal today was far from innocent. Besides managing Wen Yang to prevent plot points from happening, she was also scared to be alone in her dorm, and she was determined to search for information related to succubi in the library.
The internet is filled with random information, and most of the stuff about succubi is on GHS; better to come to the library for professional books.
“Succubi, huh…”
Ning Chu furrowed her brows, anxiously wandering the bookshelves.

Then a flurry of shopping links popped up one after another, and as Ning Chu opened each in succession: realistic, discreet, vibrating, warming, all forms and varieties…
She’d never seen anything like this in her life, and her face turned beet red, trembling as she closed link after link.
Then Lily sent a couple of suggestive pictures along with a sweet reminder.
“You can try more to see which one suits you best, just remember to keep it hygienic.”
Completely different from the silent, cold goddess she saw in everyday life, the online Lily felt like a total perv.
No doubt the power of the internet.
Lily sent another link: “This site is amazing!”
Ning Chu stared at her phone with ellipses in her mind.
“……”
Just as she sighed and got up to return the book to the shelf, another notification popped up on her phone.
Thinking it might be Lily with some leftover instructions, she opened it to check.

In her panic, she hadn’t even thought about this concept!
