## 76. Cream Bun
Friday afternoon, gym class.
After jogging two laps for warm-up under the guidance of the gym teacher, Ning Chu plopped down on the grass, quickly pulling out her mobile phone to check the screen.
Not seeing what she was hoping for, she let out a long sigh, feeling a deep existential crisis as she leaned back and stared blankly at the clear blue sky.
Yan Xinya strolled over, standing beside her and looking down at her disheveled appearance: “Pull your shirt down a bit more, or are you not worried about your tattoo showing?”
Ning Chu tugged at her shirt hem, zipped up her coat, and yawned.
“Tired?”
“Yeah, didn’t take a nap after lunch.”
“Why not? Afraid they’d do something to you while you were sleeping?”
She knew very well what that implied, but if Zhang Shaoqing or Wang Jie heard it, it would be a disaster.
She pressed her lips together, rolled over, and continued to scroll through her phone.
Normally, she used her phone for reading novels, watching videos, and occasionally playing some mobile games, but the last couple of days, her chat app had been the main source of time-killing.
“Want to go get some milk tea?” the Wolf Girl squatted down, resting her hands on her knees.
“Nope, I’ve already had three cups hanging out with you guys these past few days…” Ning Chu yawned again, “Aren’t you afraid of getting fat?”
“Not at all! I have a body that doesn’t gain weight!”
Yan Xinya’s definition of “not gaining weight” seemed more like an excess of energy—running around all day like a hyper Husky. You could hardly find a fat Husky, could you?
The Wolf Girl casually lay back on the grass, using Ning Chu’s thigh as a pillow, and let out a comfortable yawn.
Ning Chu didn’t mind, but the bewildered male classmates nearby were throwing her envious and jealous glances one after another.
Just envious, huh?
She raised her hand, resting the back of it against her forehead to shield her eyes from the glaring sun, looking at her almost poreless, delicate skin.
After each punishment she received, her skin would slightly enhance, becoming more delicate and soft, and her striking peach blossom eyes were gradually changing, becoming even more enticing.
As for her chest, well, it seemed to have reached the end of development. Nothing much was happening there, and any pressure still brought a slight pain, keeping her in a state of mild discomfort.
Maintaining her current girl figure wasn’t too bad; Ning Chu wasn’t at all envious of Lily or Lin Li with their exaggerated sizes.
Lily sauntered over from a distance, sitting down with a frosty expression, glancing at the two of them before lying on Yan Xinya’s lap.
“Move a little closer.”
She instinctively shifted her body, placing her thigh beneath Ning Chu’s head.
Now the three of them formed a triangle…
“Ning Chu, I feel like sneaking back into the dorm at night is risky. There’s a chance you could get caught,” Yan Xinya suggested. “How about you wear women’s clothing from now on?”

“That girl who reported the photos said there’s a guy in the dorm who makes her feel unsafe, right? If you dress like a girl, she won’t feel unsafe anymore because you’ll be prettier than her!”

“Just try it on! If you wear women’s clothes in and out at night, who’s going to know it’s you if they’re not paying close attention?”
Lily, usually quiet, chimed in: “Get Lin Li to do your makeup.”
“Right! Do some makeup! Lin Li’s makeup skills are actually quite good!”
But asking Lin Li for help with makeup would probably cost her some cash…
She clearly was a wealthy beauty but seemed too eager to do business; that greedy merchant expression made it clear her family was into trading.
Ning Chu didn’t actually mind dressing in women’s clothes too much—after all, this was a zero-sum game that had happened countless times. Besides, she was just a girl!
It was just that wearing women’s clothes at school made her worry about rumors spreading that she was a pervert.
“Let’s talk about it after class,” she said, sneaking another glance at her phone. This time, her eyes lit up, and she quickly sat up, hugging her phone and typing away like a pro.
“Message from Wen Yang?”
“Yeah, he says he can come back early~”
Her tone unconsciously rose, filled with joy.
Yan Xinya teased, “You just looked half asleep, and now that your boyfriend’s coming back, look at you—so lively!”
“What boyfriend?” Ning Chu was busy replying to Wen Yang while mumbling a defense, “I just took a quick nap, of course I’m more alert now.”
“I’ve seen you barely energized for days. Now suddenly you’re typing responses so quickly?”
It seemed like the Wolf Girl was getting addicted to torturing her; annoyed, Ning Chu shot a glare at Yan Xinya: “Stop talking nonsense!”
“So stubborn!~” Yan Xinya shook her head helplessly.
“One of these days when you turn into a cream bun, oozing with filling, maybe you’ll admit you like Wen Yang?”
Ning Chu blinked, staring at the rarely talkative Lily.
For a moment, she couldn’t react, but soon enough, a wave of embarrassment surged up, flooding her cheeks and spreading down to her neck. Her face was blazing hot, and her mind felt hazy.
“You…”
She stared at Lily’s icy face, unable to comprehend how someone with such a frozen demeanor could say such suggestive words!
Seeing her blush, Yan Xinya finally realized she had driven the conversation onto the highway, bursting into a giggling fit.
Lily, with her stoic expression, avoided Ning Chu’s gaze. On the surface, she looked like an Ice Mountain Goddess, but in her mind, it was filled with all sorts of naughty thoughts.
“I’m going to the bathroom.”
Ning Chu jumped up from the grass, afraid that Lily would go over the speed limit with her teasing. Panicked, she dashed out of the playground.
She just couldn’t handle someone like Lily.
Only a short while after they met, she had already introduced her to little toys. Back when they only chatted online, reading text was not too embarrassing, but now that they were familiar, they were just openly discussing it!

Once out of the playground, Ning Chu slowed down, letting out a sigh.
She headed towards the convenience store while frequently looking down at Wen Yang’s messages.
“He said he can come back early—how early are we talking?”
“Tomorrow? Or the day after tomorrow morning?”
Ning Chu mumbled to herself when suddenly, she felt a blazing, possessive gaze on her back.
Her steps froze, and discreetly, she slipped her hand onto the hypnosis spray.
That gaze… it definitely belongs to a pervert!
Though she was freaking out inside, after the past couple of days of practice, she was starting to become accustomed to her surprising emotions.
Rationally analyzing it, her short legs would never outrun a man, but this was school, and there were plenty of classmates and teachers around. No pervert would dare to act out in broad daylight.
Taking a deep breath, she clutched the hypnosis spray tightly and suddenly whirled around.
“Wen Yang?!”
She nearly shouted.
“What a fright, am I that scary?” Wen Yang stood not far away under a tree, hands stuffed in his pockets.
Ning Chu stared at that familiar face, a sudden wave of emotion surged up her nose. She quickly lowered her gaze, lightly biting her lower lip.
This was definitely not the moment to act all eager and desperate; leaping onto him like a romance drama heroine, crying and laughing would be way too embarrassing…
But as much as she tried to think this way, she was already dashing towards Wen Yang, eyes wide open, hands on her hips, and robustly scolding him, “Why didn’t you tell me you were coming back early?!”
“Uh…” Wen Yang scratched his head, “I just wanted to surprise you and see your reaction.”
“What reaction can I have?”
Ning Chu edge a little closer to him, her foot subtly scooting a bit more.
“I’ve been so happy these days since you’ve been gone~”
She scoffed in a somewhat dismissive tone, but suddenly her face flushed even brighter.
