“Bro! Stop playing with your phone~”
After finishing the homework assigned by their mother, Black Bean sprinted over to the sofa, little legs moving at full speed, clutching a small booklet.
She jumped right onto the sofa and handed the booklet to Ning Yuan, who was busy typing on his phone: “Help me check my homework! And sign it too.”

Seeing Black Bean’s adorable puppy-dog eyes, he helplessly set his phone down and took the booklet for review.

Black Bean tilted her head, gazing at Ning Yuan’s face: “But you’re handsome too~”
“Who do you think is better looking, me or him?”
Ning Yuan pointed at the TV where a popular young celebrity was dazzling the screen, the kind of prince charming many girls dream about.
“Bro is handsome!”
Black Bean responded without a moment’s hesitation.
“Really?” Ning Yuan was both surprised and skeptical of Black Bean’s taste.
“Really! Bro is handsome, yup!”
He took his phone and admiringly checked himself out in selfie mode: “Right? I think so too.”
Just then, the sound of the elevator doors opening echoed from the hallway, and moments later, Ning Chu stormed into the room with a dark expression.
Black Bean immediately jumped up and dashed over: “Sis~ Where are the sausages?”
“Here you go.”
“Ning Chu, check out that celebrity on TV. Who’s more handsome, him or me?”
Ning Chu didn’t expect to walk into a d*ath sentence of a question. She hesitated, glancing at the screen.
Rolling her eyes, she shot back: “Bro, can you stop being so vain?”
It would have been different if it were Wen Yang competing, and while Ning Yuan was refined and dapper, he was just an average cute guy in everyday life.

“Flirting…” Ning Yuan glanced at the chat history on his phone, feeling like it was more like she was flirting with him.
This girl was way too forward; she jumped right into the deep end without any hesitation, more than a few times catching him off guard…
Thus spoke the true succubus.
“Black Bean, come here.”
Ning Chu sat on the sofa, pointing at a wrong problem on the booklet: “How could you get this wrong?”
Black Bean had finished her sausages and slurped on the stick while waddling over: “Aww~ I wrote it wrong!”
“Be more serious with your homework!”
“Okay! I promise!”
“Fix it.”
Not seeing any other mistakes, Ning Chu’s tone was pretty calm as she ruffled Black Bean’s fluffy head and handed back the homework.
Then she curiously asked Ning Yuan: “Bro, can I see your chat history?”
“No way.”
“What kind of scandalous things are you guys talking about that even I can’t see?”
