525. Miss You
“Wen Yang… I’m so bored at home.”
“Still have to wait a few days; Uncle is out on business.”
“I don’t know when I can come visit you.”
Lazily lounging on the sofa, Ning Chu was texting Wen Yang, looking as wilted as a flower that hadn’t seen sunlight in days.
She even felt like her skin was deteriorating.
Though during her “Aunt Flo” days, even the succubus had to behave, at least she could sneak in a few stylish breaths to practice her skills, but now she had been on a fast for days, feeling like she was in low-battery mode—completely off her game, yawning constantly.
“How’s work going? Getting used to it? Any bad women trying to hit on you?”
The most important question saved for last.
She propped her feet up on the armrest of the sofa, leaning slightly, her tail poking out from a hole in her shorts, lazily curled to the side.
At home, she couldn’t let her tail wander freely, or it would trigger Black Bean’s NDA. Her tail wasn’t as agile as her mother’s could be when used as a cat toy; getting swatted could hurt for half a day!
“Everyone’s pretty chill; there’s a girl who’s quite enthusiastic, but I turned her down.”
Wen Yang knew exactly what she was worrying about.
“Why are there so many bad women around…”
Ning Chu sighed dramatically.
Even though she’d dealt with most of the royal plotlines over the years, Wen Yang was tall and handsome, and even if he was a broke dude, plenty of girls would still go after him like moths to a flame.
What a bunch of delusional folks! Not even potential royal female antagonists or succubi—do they not fear a trip to the hospital?
“Do you miss me?”
“Nope, I’m pretty comfy at home.”
Ning Chu casually typed back.
She glanced toward the second bedroom—Black Bean had been clinging to her these past few days, either doing homework in the room or leaving her with no chance to move the box hidden under the bed to a safer place.
But that spot should be fine too.
When she looked back at her phone, Wen Yang had sent a new message.
“But I miss you.”
Ning Chu couldn’t help but smile, sending a “disgusted.JPG” emoji: “Miss a ghost, go make some good money!”
Wen Yang was pretty bland in real life, but online he sure knew how to flirt.
Just as she was about to continue typing, she heard her mother’s footsteps, panic-stricken, she put the phone away and looked up, only to see her mother dressed in an elegant long dress, wearing a sun hat and carrying her favorite little bag.
Today, her mother had gone through the trouble of putting on exquisite makeup, adding a touch of grandeur to her already stunning appearance.
The average housewife had transformed into a graceful lady.
“Are you chatting with Wen Yang?”
“Going out on a date with Uncle, huh?”
Both mother and daughter teased each other almost simultaneously, then froze, quickly glancing away.
After an awkward moment, her mother finally spoke up: “Your Uncle is back from his business trip; I’m going to pick him up.”
Ning Chu responded, her eyes sparkling as she asked excitedly, “Are you guys stopping by the civil affairs bureau on your way?”
“In a day or two. Are you in such a hurry to find a man?”
“Not really…”
“Uncle brought back a bunch of goodies; you’ll have a feast tonight! Giant lobster, yay~”
“What time will you be back?”
Her mother checked her watch: “Six or seven. If Ning Xin gets hungry, she can eat something first.”
They had just had lunch, and it was only a little after one.
Six hours…
Ning Chu’s subtle little look was caught by her mother, who threw an apple her way, hitting her right in the chest, making her yelp in surprise.
“Eat more fruits.”
“Okay~”
The living room soon returned to its previous quietness, and Ning Chu couldn’t wait to share the good news with Wen Yang: “Uncle’s back from the trip! I should be able to come find you in the next few days!”
After waiting for a few minutes, the chat came to a halt on her message—Wen Yang had just started working, and he was notoriously slow to reply.
She sighed softly, taking a bite of the slightly sour apple, curling back onto the sofa.
So envious~
Her mother was off on a date with her beloved man, while she was just lying on the sofa like a dead fish, stuck chatting with Wen Yang online.
Miss you, Wen Yang~
Originally, she was just worried Wen Yang might get hit on by those bad women and was kind of uneasy about not having him around. But after the stimulus from her mother, it sparked her longing for Wen Yang.
She wanted to smell his scent, hear that deep voice, feel that warm body…
…
Wanted to dive into his arms and act cute, to be wrapped in that safe embrace, wanting to be filled…
Ning Chu suddenly realized that the image of Wen Yang in her mind had turned into a fierce weapon, and just as she froze for a second, she felt a rising heat in her belly grinding through her entire body, a powerful sense of emptiness making her scalp tingle.
Oh no!
After days without some ‘hydration’, her succubus body was starting to resist!
The familiar feeling suddenly hit her like a ton of bricks; she lifted her shirt to glance at the gradually reddening silver lines, and in a panic, she jumped off the sofa, desperately wanting to dash into the bathroom.
But then she remembered the treasure hidden under the bed.
Redirecting her steps toward the bathroom, she paused at her bedroom door.
“Sis?”
Black Bean heard her hurried footsteps and tilted her head in confusion toward the door.
“You…”
“There’s this weird smell.”
Her little nose twitched, and Black Bean looked even more puzzled: “I think I’ve smelled it before.”
Ning Chu’s face, colored with lust, added a heavy dose of shame; she couldn’t even lift her head.
But she couldn’t afford to think too much at this point. She hesitated for less than a second outside the door before bolting into the bedroom, kneeling on the floor, urgently reaching under the bed.
Can’t reach!
She leaned forward, with her face pressed to the ground, stretching out her arm until she finally pulled out the large box from under the bed.
Black Bean sat on her chair, curiously watching her sister’s high b*tt in the air, that heart-shaped tail wiggling excitedly in front of her. The whole scene looked a lot like a little female cat acting a certain way.
Her hand hesitated, wanting to grab that tail but unsure.
In her indecision, Ning Chu had already sat up, clutching the box and dashing out of the room.
“Sis, where are you going?”
“Taking a shower!”
“But you didn’t grab your clothes…”
Before the words were finished, there was a loud bang—the bathroom door slammed shut.
Black Bean scratched her head in confusion; her cat ears twitched lightly, and her innocent expression gradually turned to excitement as she quickly jumped up, dashed into the living room, and turned on the TV.
It was clear that her sister had no time to deal with her right now, and just in time, their mother was out the door.
Watching TV was a must!
She peered nervously at the bathroom; the sound of running water filtered through, making her feel secure enough to turn the TV volume up.
No worries, her sis would be in the shower for at least twenty minutes to start with.
