The Paranoid Elf Queen Turned Me Into Her Sister – Chapter 41

Chapter 42~ The Dubious Princess

“Love and lifelong partners are not something to joke around with lightly.”

Stunned, John listened to Dillin’s speech and his face twisted awkwardly, instinctively reaching out his hands to feel Dillin’s forehead and then his own.

“? What are you doing?”

“Between the two of us, one of us must have a fever.” John stated confidently. “Either I’ve got a fever and I’m hallucinating, or you’ve got a fever and are talking nonsense. Anyway, one of us must be out of it today!”

“Days haven’t seen you, and you’ve gone from a minotaur to a pure love deity, this isn’t right!”

“What minotaur? Never heard of it, stop fooling around.” Dillin swatted John’s hand away.

Actually, he found it odd why he reacted so strongly to the mostly joking remark, as if a line had been crossed.

Perhaps he was over-tired, and his mood was a little sensitive. Or maybe, as John mentioned, he truly hadn’t fully let go?

“You mentioned earlier that besides Aistride, there is another renowned figure on campus?” Seemingly realizing something was off, Dillin cleared his throat and changed the subject to John’s earlier topic to appear normal.

“Ha! I knew you couldn’t possibly not be interested in this.” John patted Dillin on the shoulder.

“You really need to widen your knowledge a bit. It’s that person whose popularity on campus is equal to Aistride’s………”

“Clang………!” The bronze bell inside the venue rang out loudly and enduringly.

The match has started already?

Dillin blinked, glancing at the book sprawled open on his lap, noticing how time flew by without him noticing.

Although it was an official competition, the main purpose was for testing and data collection, not a knockout or ranking contest, nor a practical evaluation. Hence, there was no dedicated host to deliver opening words, only referees present.

“Time’s up. The first match at Pavilion 23, Brin Keddo vs. Princess Filisia Zhesha.”

“Oh, here we go!” Upon hearing the first match’s contestants, John’s eyes brightened and his neck stretched as if he wanted to turn into a giraffe.

“Who?”

Rarely taking his eyes off his book, Dillin finally looked up and noticed the striking, beautifully dressed, well-illuminated young lady entering the ring.

On the circular arena stood this young lady with a striking build, adorned with noble amber long hair and orange-gold eyes. Clad in a lavish high-waisted corseted dress, she proudly carried herself like a regal queen, oozing self-confidence in every movement.

Her amber hair flowed like streams, tied into two tails that reached her slightly fleshy but smooth and flawless thighs, underneath were high-heeled boots that went past her knees.

Her impressive bust was barely contained by the high-waisted corseted dress, accentuating her deep cleavage.

Her long legs were covered by black stockings, paired with a short skirt that highlighted her tempting expanse of skin known as the “Realm.”

This was probably her casual wear, yet she wore it like a princess at a ball, standing out like a pearl amidst pebbles.

With hands crossed and arms embracing herself, her peerless beautiful face embodied the meaning of ‘graceful.’ Her head tilted slightly upwards, her golden eyes looked down as if observing everyone below her, her slight smile wasn’t an over-confidence but a natural confidence that would never back down to anyone.

“This is Princess Filisia Zhesha, the Crown Princess of the White Glass Kingdom, the ‘Pure and Immaculate White Glass Knight Princess.'”

“This princess’s popularity at school is second only to the ‘Silver Moon Princess’ Aistride….. Unfortunately, if this princess wasn’t that way, her popularity would certainly be even higher.” John lamented with regret.

Whenever there was a beautiful woman, John would always be the most active, yet after seeing Princess Filisia, all he had were regrets and sighs.

This made Dillin curious.

“That, what does it mean?”

“You don’t know?” John looked astonished at Dillin. “You don’t know anything about school gossip, do you? What are you doing all day? Don’t tell me you only read the classics and ignore worldly matters?”

“It’s well-known that this White Glass princess ……. How to describe it?” John looked around, seemingly searching for something suitable.

Only to see him pick up a small stick from the ground and snap it piece by piece. However, it wasn’t completely broken—just crooked.

“Understand now?” John waved the crooked stick in front of Dillin.

“Don’t get it.” Dillin tilted his head.

“Ah, let me put it this way! This White Glass princess, she doesn’t like men!”

“Who someone likes is up to them, isn’t it?” Dillin still didn’t get it.

“Hey, why don’t you understand?? I mean, this princess likes women!”

“…… Are you guys talking about these things based on evidence?” After a silence, Dillin asked.

“How can there be no evidence? This is common knowledge throughout the entire school! You’re truly out of the loop.”

“Just because it’s common knowledge across the whole school, can you baselessly accuse someone’s s*xual orientation?” Dillin frowned.

“What’s wrong with that? Do you think this princess doesn’t know about the gossip behind her back? She never denies them, it’s like she’s confirming it by default.”

“Besides, who said this has no basis? She’s the princess of White Glass, who would dare spread rumors without evidence about her? Everyone thinks Filisia is into women because …… Hey, this is actually related to you.”

“? Related to me?” Dillin was confused. “I don’t even know her.”

“I’m not saying a direct connection, but an indirect one…… Did you know, Filisia sent a love letter to your old acquaintance………. I mean, Aistride.”

“……………..” Dillin kept quiet.

“Moreover, the ‘White Glass Knight Princess’ Filisia pursuing the ‘Silver Moon Princess’ Aistride’s love, this is known by everyone in the entire school.” John said cautiously, observing Dillin’s reaction.

“…………….. In the end, this is her own matter of love and emotion, there’s nothing wrong with that, right?” In fact, it’s commendable to break social norms and pursue a cross-gender romance. If true, Dillin felt it was worth respecting.

“But, this Princess Filisia’s private life is rumored to be a little unruly…………”

“Hm?”

“There are rumors, this princess has a high demand in that area, able to play poker all night with five innocent young ladies, and still be lively the next day……… Of course, these are just rumors, their truth is unknown, but I think they should, more or less, have some level of reference.”

“………………..”

After this, Dillin’s gaze towards Filisia was laced with a faint but clear disdain.

Primitive and vulgar behaviors, merely to satisfy pitiful desires, being unfaithful to relationships, and still having the audacity to openly pursue other women.

Of course, these are just rumors, and their authenticity is undetermined. But if true, they are indeed quite repulsive.

Was this punishment the result of her having read too many little picture books about elves in her past life? This time, she was fully immersed—actually turned into an elf herself… “So yeah, I really can’t bring myself to like you arrogant pointy-eared types.” “My dear little sister, say no more. I understand everything.” “I told you already—I’m not your sister’s reincarnation!!” Theresa was utterly hopeless.
