057. How to Dress as a Girl?

“Who did you go to find?” he curiously asked while continuing his game.
“That girl from before.”
“Li Na?” Chen Yao, somehow aware of her name, paused thoughtfully before shaking his head. “She’s a bit strange; you’re better off not getting too close.”
Lin Nan was baffled by Chen Yao’s opinion and looked at him curiously.
Chen Yao clarified, “It’s been said she’s a transfer student, but quite a few people think something’s off with her.”
“What’s off?”
Lin Nan believed Li Na could enroll simply by using magic, maybe misleading the principal into thinking her family sponsored hundreds of thousands? Or she might have altered some records—having magic means you can definitely tinker with things in this society!
Lin Nan was also planning to use magic to resolve his identity issue once he fully transformed into a woman, ensuring there was no way to turn back.
“It’s more about the fact she seems a bit too enthusiastic toward you, so I specifically asked her classmates.” Chen Yao played basketball often, so he knew more people and heard some things through friends of friends.

“Then why are you looking at wigs?” Chen Yao quizzed, tilting his head at Lin Nan.
Totally at a loss for how to explain!
Lin Nan stammered, unable to get a coherent word out, his face burning as if he had been caught in a shameful secret.
Seeing that Chen Yao seemed ready to say something else, he suddenly stood up, keeping his head down and bolting to the balcony.
