Yuliya reappeared at the Northern Fortress.
The guard soldiers immediately saluted, “Greetings, His Highness the Princess!”
This teleportation array could be considered a special service for the princess, and Prince Isaac had specifically instructed everyone to keep an eye on it.
“Your Highness, we will notify—”
Yuliya shook her head, “No, no, no, that’s not necessary! This princess wants to give Big Brother a surprise.”

“Sigh, fine.” Yuliya seemed a bit disappointed as she lowered her head, “Actually, it’s nothing big. I just need a tiny bit of help from Big Brother. I don’t know if you’ll agree.”
“What is it?”
“Just promise me first, okay?”
Isaac furrowed his brow, sensing trouble brewing.
“Pleeease~” Yuliya started shaking Isaac’s arm.
“Alright, just say it.”
“I want to go back to Emerald City for a little something, but I’m worried that the older sister will catch me and not let me out. I hope Big Brother can help cover for me.”
“…”
Isaac covered his forehead and looked up at the ceiling.
I knew it would be nothing good!
Isaac had two difficult people to deal with.
One was right in front of him, and the other was on the throne.
The one in front was exhausting and somehow always made him automatically follow her lead.
The one on the throne was another level, absolutely required to heed.
Given the choice between offending Yuliya and offending Elia, he’d rather offend Elia.
“Sigh, I really think you’d do well to stay in Emerald City.”
“No way! The Desert Realm is super important! If Big Brother doesn’t help, I’ll just have to come up with another plan.”
“Please, don’t make a mess again. I’ll help. I happen to have something to report to Elia, so I might as well go back.”

The two of them made a plan, brought along a few people, and used the teleportation array to head back to Emerald City.
They all wore discreet cloaks, and then Yuliya found an opportunity to sneak away to the Adventurer’s Guild headquarters.
There was no Adventurer’s Guild in Golden City; relying solely on NPCs to issue tasks was inefficient and made macro-management quite tricky.
So why not directly establish a Jade Emperor Kingdom Adventurer’s Guild branch in Golden City?
And of course, Yuliya would be the branch president.
Doesn’t that sound more like a boss-employee arrangement?
Tasks are issued, and everyone better get to work overtime!

She came to Emerald City to get permits and badges from the headquarters and maybe snatch some training materials for the employees.
When the branch employees show up, they can make use of local talent, turning Golden Kingdom residents, or ghosts, into staff.
As the nominal head of the Imperial Guild, she had every right to do so.
Once inside the guild, it would be easy to handle things; after all, she was technically the boss, and Elia wouldn’t be able to meddle too much.
After getting everything, she made another escape.
Yuliya snuck into Emerald City without anyone noticing, preparing to leave again.
On the way, she took a look at the players constructing the teleportation array.
With a rough estimate, it should take about three days.
“Sister Tong, how will we handle the teleportation array in Golden City?”
“You’ll connect it.”
“Me?!” Yuliya rolled her eyes, “Sister Tong, I’d be losing materials doing that! You know, Golden City is still in the startup phase, and we need various supplies…”

She opened the red dot; it was an email.

Yuliya swiftly entered the teleportation array.
Once inside, she was safe; most players hadn’t even opened up other maps and couldn’t teleport.
The few who liked to explore had long since left Emerald City.

Maria suggested the official business should be held in the grand hall, but Yuliya refused.
The grand hall was too formal; she wasn’t quite used to that sort of occasion.
She preferred a more relaxed atmosphere for everyone.
Soon, she announced her plans to the entire population of Golden City.
Three main points:
Firstly, the Adventurer’s Guild branch in Golden City will have everyone as employees. Please circulate this info.
There is also an adventurer system in the Golden Kingdom, but it differs from the current setup.
Secondly, don’t call her “Your Highness” anymore; she prefers “President”—at least in front of outsiders.
Thirdly, there will be many adventurers coming to Golden City in the future, so don’t be too accommodating towards them. When needed, show the might of the Golden Citizens!
Some players think they’re hot stuff, strutting around like they own the place, especially external players who might not even understand the game’s situation.
When the time comes for punishment, punishment it shall be; when it’s time to fight, fight they will. This group of Golden Citizens is the real boss here.

Yuliya assigned tasks and sent them off to work.
However, she still had one last troublesome thing to deal with.
“Andrew, does Golden City have a treasure vault? While being strict with adventurers is necessary, rewards should also be given appropriately.”
