Roji grabbed the hands of Yoonhwa and Hyun, carefully handing them an umbrella.
The umbrella was one that had been at Hyun’s house, and Roji was ready to use it to lead them.
Putting up the umbrella she had brought, the three of them stepped outside.
The weather was harsh with rain and wind, causing the scent of the perfume Roji had sprayed to quickly dissipate.
Yoonhwa and Hyun began to drift away from Roji’s perfume.
Their minds were gradually clearing up, and the pull they felt towards Roji started to fade.
Roji, realizing that things weren’t going according to plan, felt a wave of panic.
She was surprised to see Yoonhwa and Hyun breaking free from her seduction.
The anxiety and embarrassment of her plan going awry were evident on her face.
Yoonhwa regained her senses and began to overpower Roji.
Her movements were quick, and Roji hurriedly tried to evade her grasp.
Getting drenched in the rain while feeling annoyed, Roji struggled to escape Yoonhwa’s hold.
Hyun also broke free from the perfume’s influence and started to piece together what was happening.
His mind was a jumbled mess of confusion and shock.
Just then, Nomi came running towards them, drenched in the rain.
She wanted to help Yoonhwa and Hyun resist Roji’s perfume, but eventually breathed a sigh of relief seeing them free on their own.
Nomi felt reassured when she saw her friends regain their senses, but remained cautious about Roji’s actions.
Roji continued to try to run away, but her movements were limited by the rain and wind.
She was annoyed at getting wet, pondering how it had come to this.
“Ah—wait—! Let’s go inside and talk..!!”
Her anger and disappointment over her failed plan churned within her.
Yoonhwa, still feeling faint glimmers of affection for Roji, adopted a careful and gentle demeanor in dealing with her.
Because of the lovely feelings lingering in Yoonhwa’s heart due to Roji’s perfume, she couldn’t confront Roji harshly.
Yoonhwa held Roji’s hand tightly to prevent her from escaping.
Yoonhwa’s strength was immense, and no matter how much Roji flailed, she couldn’t escape.
Roji’s face was a battleground of pain and confusion.
“Ah, you’re holding too tight…!”
Roji said in pain, but Yoonhwa didn’t flinch.
Nomi grabbed Hyun’s hand and led him home.
Yoonhwa brought Roji inside, but internally she was still confused due to the residual effects of Roji’s perfume.
She tried not to like Roji, but her feelings were wavering under the perfume’s influence.
“I don’t like you… but why is it like this…”
Hyun and Nomi were bewildered by the situation.
As they stepped into the house, all four of them were drenched.
To calm the situation down a bit, Yoonhwa decided to use her magic.
With a flick of her wrist, she summoned a warm breeze inside the room, quickly drying their clothes and hair.
Hyun found himself saying without realizing.
“Thanks…”
Roji stood among them, perplexed.
She was torn between bewilderment and anger over her failed plan.
As the warm air dried their wet clothes and hair, Yoonhwa looked at Roji.
Though her gaze was still clouded with confusion, a curiosity about the secret behind Roji’s perfume stirred deep within her.
“Roji…”
Roji’s eyes didn’t actually well up with tears, but she put on a sad face as if she were shedding tears.
Her act looked almost genuine.
“I’m sorry… I’m really sorry, Yoonhwa, Hyun…”
“I… I like both of you so much…”
“When I bought this perfume, I thought if it actually worked…”
“Maybe you both would like me a bit more…”
Roji’s voice trembled, occasionally breaking as she spoke.
She tried to avoid Yoonhwa and Hyun’s gazes.
The faint scent of the perfume Roji had used still lingered in the air.
That scent tugged at Yoonhwa and Hyun’s hearts, moving them by Roji’s words.
Yoonhwa became overwhelmed.
She couldn’t tell for sure if Roji’s words were genuine or deceitful, but she felt deeply affected by the emotions in her speech.
As Roji’s expression slowly brightened, she attempted to carefully shift the mood.
Suddenly flashing a bright smile, she began to speak.
“Oh, by the way… I—make fried rice? Really well.”
“Why don’t you trust me just this once and give it a taste?”
Had it been under normal circumstances, Yoonhwa and Hyun would have likely declined Roji’s offer.
However, the lingering scent of Roji’s perfume still wafted through the air, softening their hearts.
Before they knew it, they found themselves readily accepting Roji’s suggestion.
Nomi chirped excitedly at Roji’s offer.
“If it’s something delicious, I’m in!”
Roji sighed in relief at Yoonhwa and Hyun’s reactions, feigning to wipe away tears while wearing a subtle smile.
She expressed her gratitude to them.
“Really, thank you. Now, just sit comfortably on the sofa…~”
“I’m starting immediately.”
Yoonhwa used the opportunity when Roji let her guard down to swiftly snatch the perfume bottle from her pocket.
She intended to prevent Roji from using the perfume again.
Roji briefly displayed surprise at having her perfume taken from her but soon accepted the situation with a smile.
Hyun readily agreed to Roji’s offer and revealed his desire to help with the fried rice-making process.
He approached Roji and gently asked.
“Do you want me to help, noona…?”
Roji smiled and shook her head at Hyun’s offer.
“It’s okay, Hyun. Just relax and wait. I’ll handle it… since I feel bad…”
Her voice was filled with confidence and a forced friendliness, and Hyun stepped back, anticipating Roji’s cooking.
Roji headed to the kitchen and began making fried rice.
Delicious aromas spread throughout the kitchen, tempting Yoonhwa, Hyun, and Nomi waiting in the living room.
Even as she prepared the fried rice, Roji’s mind was filled with thoughts of Yoonhwa and Hyun.
‘They’re both so adorable…’
“Ah— I want to ruin them…’
Her heart was a whirlwind of complicated emotions.
As the delicious fried rice was completed, Roji returned to the living room, heightening Yoonhwa, Hyun, and Nomi’s anticipation.
“Close your eyes! I’ve prepared my best fried rice, so be ready to be surprised~.”
There was excitement and anticipation in her voice.
Yoonhwa, Hyun, and Nomi exchanged curious glances filled with wonder before following Roji’s instructions and closing their eyes.
Yoonhwa waited in excited expectation with her eyes closed, guided by Roji’s gestures.
Hyun and Nomi also waited anxiously to see Roji’s next move.
However, Roji’s true intention was not the fried rice.
Instead of a bowl of delicious fried rice, she quietly approached Yoonhwa holding a frying pan.
Danger gleamed in Roji’s eyes as she smiled coldly and struck Yoonhwa’s head hard with the frying pan several times.
As Yoonhwa collapsed from the sudden attack, Hyun’s eyes widened, freezing at the spot.
Roji’s next target was Hyun.
She turned coldly towards Hyun, and upon seeing his startled expression, she swung the frying pan without any hesitation.
Knowing Hyun was human, Roji adjusted her strength and only hit him hard once.
Hyun collapsed, clutching his head from the strong impact, but as a human, it was less damaging than it was for Yoonhwa.
Nomi quickly tried to grasp the situation but fainted in shock and fear from Roji’s unexpected actions.
Holding an umbrella in her hand, Roji gazed at Yoonhwa’s fallen body.
Concern clouded her face.
“I hope she doesn’t get hurt…”
She murmured, gently inspecting Yoonhwa.
Roji carefully lifted Yoonhwa and began to carry her to her house.
As a monster, Yoonhwa was heavier than a regular human, and Roji grumbled while moving her.
“Why is she so heavy…!”
She trudged step by step, taking Yoonhwa to her home.
She picked up the umbrella again and went out to fetch Hyun.
Hyun was still somewhat lighter since he was human, but Roji still struggled to move him.
“How annoying—… you could’ve just followed along…”
Roji gently scooped Hyun up and transported him to her home.
After laying Hyun down, she went back outside.
This time, she moved her steps towards Nomi.
Roji grabbed Nomi’s arm with one hand, holding her up as if she were a doll.
Having transported both monsters and humans back to her home, Roji decided to put them in a safe place.
She took Yoonhwa, Hyun, and Nomi into the warehouse.
The warehouse was a rarely used area, filled with old dust and relics from the past.
Roji carefully moved them to the back of the warehouse. Then she found some blue tape in a corner.
Using the tape, she tightly bound Yoonhwa, Hyun, and Nomi’s hands and feet.
Roji wrapped the tape several times so they couldn’t easily escape.
“What a pretty sight~..”
Though she had them all bound with blue tape, Roji still didn’t feel reassured.
The weight and strength she felt while moving Yoonhwa served as a warning to her.
“This won’t be enough..~”
After some contemplation, Roji found a rusty chain in a corner of the warehouse.
She thoroughly secured the chain around Yoonhwa’s ankle.
As the cold metal of the chain touched Yoonhwa’s skin, Roji concentrated on her task.
Humming, Roji fixed the end of the chain tightly to a heavy pillar in the warehouse.
She pulled the chain once more to confirm that Yoonhwa couldn’t easily escape.
Roji stepped out of the warehouse only to return with a chair and a thick file.
The chair was where she would sit, and the file was filled with pictures of Hyun and Yoonhwa.
Roji placed the chair in one corner of the warehouse and sat down, calmly observing Yoonhwa and Hyun, along with the unconscious Nomi.
Her eyes reflected a complicated mix of obsession and satisfaction.
“Now, it’s time to整理 all the moments I have…”
Roji whispered.
Spreading the file open, she began systematically organizing the photos of Hyun and Yoonhwa.
The photos ranged from mundane moments of Hyun and Yoonhwa’s daily lives to private moments that it seemed like Roji had covertly taken.
Roji closely examined the unique expressions and poses of Hyun and Yoonhwa in each photo.
Every now and then, she would gently caress the photos with her fingers, mumbling her own interpretations of Hyun and Yoonhwa.
“Ah— I hope they wake up soon…~”
Then Roji temporarily paused her work to take out the Polaroid camera she had on hand. She aimed the camera at each of them in turn.
Starting with Yoonhwa, she took several shots of her bound in chains from different angles. Then she turned the camera towards Hyun and Nomi.
There was no hesitation in Roji’s movements.
She was completely absorbed in capturing these moments.
Every time Roji pressed the shutter, a satisfied smile appeared on her face.
“One.. two, three…!”
Roji set down the camera and began rearranging the photos in the file once more.
