The MC’s personality in this one is already changing chapter to chapter. Goes from Uber protective to letting a random person sit and eat next to their kids. In the span of 1 chapter. Then despite this random person NOT EXPLAINING WHO THEY ARE the MC continues to interact with him like he didn’t just show up out of the middle of the forest, when they’ve already been ATTACKED 2 TIMES THAT EXACT SAME WAY. ALREADY. Like the amount of cognitive dissonance to write the MC’s characterization that way from one chapter to another is crazy.

Then the chapter after that still referring to the stranger as the ‘can’ she arbitrarily decides he’s harmless. Because??? Like seriously what’s the rational here? Because he didn’t immediately attack? Neither did the other 2 demons? What actually is the thought process?
