The value of one Balloon on Red TV is approximately 100 won.
So, 1,000 Balloons can be estimated to be worth around 100,000 won.
Strictly speaking, there are many fees and taxes to deduct, but that’s the amount of money spent by the audience.
‘…Did you just say 100,000 won for one electronic child?’
So, if I receive this kind of donation just a thousand times, wouldn’t I hit my target amount?
‘Of course, there might be fees and stuff involved…’
Am I really going to collect 100 million won like this?
‘…No. I’m thinking too easily again. That’s a bad habit.’
From that perspective, broadcasting was like a chance to indirectly experience the hardships of life, albeit slightly.
Even though a month isn’t an enormously long time, considering the continuous broadcast, it feels like much more.
While I was momentarily dazed, the chat suddenly exploded again.
– Answer me
– Respond
– >> uh-oh
– OMG
– 1000, yummy~
– OMG
Ah.
“What… what should I answer?”
Dizzy.
I felt like the world was spinning in front of my eyes.
– Is that your ID, Outlaw? Is there someone under your desk or something?
– Under the desk? Whoa…
– This dude’s crossing the line; you should definitely report him.
– Are you really doing a continuous broadcast?
I had no idea what question I should be answering, so I replied to the first thing I noticed.
“Uh, um… Yes, that’s my ID, and I really am doing a continuous broadcast.”
– No way, haha
– Declaring a lifelong broadcast
– Not just a continuous broadcast, but a ranked 1st continuous broadcast, lol
– Can you really do that?
– So annoying haha
– But hey, if your win rate is 100% in Grandmaster, you should reach Challenger 1st pretty quickly, right?
– Just read the room!
I felt dizzy.
I couldn’t even handle one viewer properly. Of course, I wouldn’t be able to manage hundreds of viewers.
“Ah, um… I’m not really good with words, so… I’ll just queue up.”
Let’s just play the game.
With that thought, I tried to queue, but unfortunately, my MMR, which was already in the celestial realm, didn’t easily match me up.
[Searching for a game…….]
– But come on, how can someone with that face not have good speech skills? Just breathing is enough to make people happy, right?
– Is this… a life that doesn’t need communication?
– For real haha
“…….”
Time passed in silence.
– Waiting time?
– Is this celestial realm?
– A fundamental tier that’s on a different dimension compared to the abyss?
– Don’t insult the Tabby!
– But isn’t Bandetta a pro, not a BJ?
– Uh… then just curse at him.
– That’s just true haha
…What the heck are they babbling about?
‘That doesn’t seem right… Should I kick them? But the chat moves too fast for me to find them…’
Suddenly, I remembered how streamers would freeze the chat when kicking out trolls. Of course, that doesn’t mean I intended to follow their lead.
Ah, whatever.
As I was almost resigned, the queue was finally found.
At this moment, that familiar phrase felt like a sturdy lifeline dropped from the sky.
[Game found!]
[Accept / Decline]
It’s an unconditional acceptance.
No matter what, I have to accept this.
If I don’t play the game now, I won’t be able to endure the viewers.

‘The lane got a bit tangled, but… the team members aren’t bad.’
Ah.
Since this is a broadcast, should I say that out loud?
It’s quite difficult…
“Um… my team members aren’t bad.”
It was a random thing I said since I had nothing else to add, but the response was quite decent.
I felt like I was somewhat communicating.
– Starting strong, 2% wow
– Is this… Grandmaster’s queue?
– Why do they act like they’ve never seen a top-tier queue before? Is it a concept?
– Oh ho, be quiet.
– Read the room!
[Ban List]
Shako / Kamal
⛝ / Lee Sin
Senna / Elise
Thresh / ⛝
Tahm Kench / Nidalee
– Why is Shako banned?
– Does Shako come out even in the celestial realm? Doesn’t seem like they do.
– That ban seems unnecessary…
Huh?
I had just thought it was a normal ban, but I didn’t expect a conversation topic to arise from it.
“Um… I just don’t like Shako.”
It was a kind of trauma I developed after constantly getting backstabbed by some terrible players, including Yoon-ki, when I used Shako.
Of course, if my teammates pay a little attention to vision, we could avoid Shako’s ultimate, but it often doesn’t happen.
– Hate for Shako, got it.
– To be honest, they are really annoying haha
– For real, those who haven’t encountered them don’t know.
The bans were completed.
Our team picks first.
That is, we are on the lower side.
“Hmm… what to do.”
– Picking first is a dilemma for sure.
– Even in celestial realms, humans exist.
– But if your win rate is 100% in Grandmaster, then you must have a main account; how many points is that?
For now, many good junglers had been banned.
That doesn’t mean I had no champions to choose from, of course, but picking first has a different meaning altogether.
‘Since Lee Sin is out, Viego doesn’t seem bad either… and oh, that reminds me.’
While I had been buried under ads and promotional videos, there had been several patches in the Legends of League live server.
It was a usual patch where some champions regarded as “dead” were buffed, while OP champions were nerfed.
And that, in turn, means a new meta is forming.
[JARVAN III]
In the Legends of League, there are several champions that symbolize jungle balance.
Jarvan III is one of them, being a versatile champion that excels in ganking and team fights.
However, he’s not without his flaws. If the meta leans entirely towards either a scaling or ganking type, he struggles to find his place compared to other champions.
‘Well, it’s more that he gets nerfed too hard to make an appearance most of the time, though…’
That’s a separate issue, so I’ll set it aside for now…
So, Jarvan III really shines when the meta doesn’t strongly favor either scaling or ganking.
It’s so common that there’s a joke that when Jarvan III appears in the meta, it’s a balanced meta between bruisers and carries. He’s not called the guardian of balance for nothing.
‘Jarvan starting to show up means the jungle meta is gradually shifting from scaling to ganking.’
In short, the current meta can be described as one where Jarvan III’s presence makes lane interventions by junglers more important than before.
– Oh haha
– Jarvan is really OP these days!
– You gotta take advantage of it for real haha
– Haven’t played a game with Jarvan; are you good?
“I’m good at everything.”
In fact, Jarvan III is relatively easy to play, and he was one of my go-to champions for a long time.
‘Well… part of it was because his spear hitbox was insane back then.’
Old Jarvan III felt like a Malphite holding a spear, but sadly, due to frequent hitbox nerfs, he’s now the subject of ridicule, referred to as “toothpick” and “narrow.”
– Confidence haha
– If you mess up, that would be hilariously funny.
– Please lose please lose please lose please lose please lose please lose please lose.
– Your 100% win rate needs to break haha, that’s just beyond.
– For real, but if you maintain that win rate until Challenger 1st, it’d be legendary.
– Isn’t it already legendary?
– That’s a point.
“Trust me, I’m good.”
Eventually, the opposing team completed their 1st and 2nd picks.
[Ezreal]
[Xin Zhao]
Having Jarvan on the enemy team makes using a stationary ADC quite a challenge.
So they picked Ezreal, a high-mobility ADC, and Xin Zhao, a pretty good pick against Jarvan.
And then it was time for our 2nd and 3rd picks.
[MAX WooChan: Can the 4th and 5th picks swap with me?]
– Top lane –
– Haha, how can top pick first?
As expected, the top lane order was spoken, but the 4th and 5th picks responded with silence.
[MAX WooChan: Gosh]
– Haha, no way, dude.
– If you’re a top lane, pick a tank or something.
– For real haha
Being the most hated first-pick top, WooChan had no choice but to pick Sett.
Sett happens to be a champion usable not just in top lane but also mid and support, so I planned to make things as confusing as possible.
– Not bad.
– When are they going to nerf that OP champ Sett?
– For real, I’m sick of seeing him.
“Sett is a good champion.”
As I continued this false communication with the viewers, the ban/pick was finally complete.

[Allied / Enemy]
Top: Sylas / Kennen
Jungle: Jarvan III / Xin Zhao
Mid: Akshan / LeBlanc
ADC: Samira / Ezreal
Support: Sett / Nautilus
+
When Kennen showed up in the enemy top, the supporter decided to swap with him.
And with that, a fresh new champion showed up.
It looked like it was going to be a fun game.
And…
A little bland game flavor was suddenly spiced up.
