Lee Sin’s sonic wave pierced through the distance and minions, landing squarely on Li Zhi-Xuan’s Arin’s head.
It was something only achievable with absolute confidence in skill shots, but Outlaw handled it with such calmness.
“Oh no.”
<Crack!>
Arin, who was already low on health from getting hit by Getback’s Baegah’s skill and turret tanking, had no choice but to be struck by Lee Sin’s follow-up Q and collapse.
-Enemy has been taken down!
It was a true appearance of a hero.
‘…Were they waiting ahead of time?’
Li Zhi-Xuan shook his head. It was more accurate to say that Lee Sin from Outlaw was already in a position to come.
“Can we push this lane?”
[“I don’t think so.”]
Outlaw’s Lee Sin and MaBing’s Graves briefly faced off in mid, but neither could do anything, so they just attacked the lane.
[“I’m backing out.”]
There was no choice. MaBing’s Graves also took a few hits from the turret while retreating, so he could risk getting killed by Outlaw’s Lee Sin if he miscalculated the distance.
If that happened, it would be a disaster, so MaBing had to fall back at this point.
‘Hmm.’
Li Zhi-Xuan let out a sigh. They had failed to inflict damage on the lane that could have been gained through a dive. In fact, looking at the lane situation, it was Li Zhi-Xuan who was at a disadvantage.
‘Considering the first blood gold and lane loss… it’s roughly similar.’
However, there was one glaring issue: the one who got a kill on the enemy team was Outlaw’s Lee Sin. It’s incredibly significant for a jungler to get a kill at such an early timing, especially one like Outlaw’s Lee Sin.
‘…Not good.’
Li Zhi-Xuan’s expression crumpled. He didn’t expect to gain an easy advantage, but his ally’s actions had inadvertently given the enemy an opportunity.
As for how the upcoming snowball will roll, Li Zhi-Xuan, knowing Outlaw, couldn’t shake off his anxiety.
‘The jungler closest to the Prisoner.’
To be honest, one could say that he was the Prisoner itself. And now that kind of jungler had gotten a kill? He had to be cautious from this point on.
“Keep an eye on Lee Sin’s position as much as possible. I’ll do my part.”
[“Got it.”]
The game continued. Although there were some minor issues early on, overall, the flow of the game wasn’t bad for GRS.
Both the bottom lane, which was supposed to be at a disadvantage due to matchups, and top lane were faring decently with farm trades. It was what one would call a weight class difference.
[“Looks like a top engage is coming?”]
A call came from the top lane. The matchup of Ornn vs. Aatrox significantly depends on how Ornn plays. Of course, GRS’s top laner wasn’t an easy opponent, so Honor’s Aatrox couldn’t apply pressure strongly.
[“Ah, Lee Sin’s coming.”]
Unfortunately, Ornn’s smooth laning had created a vulnerability. Ornn was positioned a few steps further forward than he should have been near the turret.

Ping rapidly goes off.
However, Outlaw’s Lee Sin, moving faster than MaBing, stormed in without hesitation.
Honor’s response was sharp as well. He managed to intercept Ornn’s escape once with Q and neatly hit W.
Though he avoided Aatrox’s W pull with Ornn’s uninterruptible W, that was all he could manage.
[“He’s dead.”]
With the follow-up from Lee Sin’s sonic wave and E, Ornn had to fall.
-Our ally has been taken down!
Just moments after the game started, Outlaw’s Lee Sin had rung the bell of victory twice in a row.
It wasn’t that Ornn had gotten careless. On the contrary, he was even trying to call MaBing’s Graves to the top and create an angle.
It was just that Outlaw’s Lee Sin moved far more sharply and cleanly than expected.
But GRS wasn’t a team that would fold so easily here. Lee Sin being up in the top lane meant there was an opportunity elsewhere.
Generally, the matchup of Samira vs. Jhin is favorable for Jhin’s lane. However, the dynamics of the bottom lane completely shift depending on how the supporter plays.
Especially when it wasn’t a lane matchup but a straight 2v2, the synergy between Samira and Jhin would flip entirely.
Baesal’s Nautilus pulled off a sharp hook with Flash onto Jaem-min’s Jhin.
As soon as Lee Sin made his presence known in the top lane, they moved in a flash.
Jhin couldn’t hide his panic at the sudden initiation but tried his best to respond.
But the opponent was Samira.
Jhin’s barrage was blocked far too effortlessly.
Feeling that it was no longer viable, Jhin attempted to escape with a backward Flash, but soon met his end with Samira’s forward Flash.
-Enemy was slain!
[“Well played.”]
[“Good job.”]
With the succinct voices of his teammates, Li Zhi-Xuan kept an eye on the situation.
‘Although we took a hit in the top lane, we have compensated for it. The balance of power in the bottom lane is likely to tilt significantly now.’
A champion like Jhin is valuable only when he wins the lane or at least holds an advantage. With such a misfortune happening early on, the opposing bottom lane was bound to lose power.
Of course, that didn’t mean they could relax.
OLZ’s greatest strength lies in the power of their top jungler. Not to mention, the team-fighting prowess of champions like Aatrox is on another level altogether.
‘Though our team composition isn’t weak against Aatrox… still, we have to remain cautious.’
The game continued. With control in mid and bottom, GRS easily secured the first Dragon.
-Blue team has slain the Flame Dragon!
But the crucial part began now. The timing for the first Rift Herald had come, a time that could be deemed the most important in the game.
Currently, OLZ had the initiative in top and jungle, while GRS held it in mid and bottom. Neither side wanted to let the other have the Rift Herald.
‘A fight is inevitable.’
The first to move was GRS’s bottom lane. The Samira-Nautilus duo pushed their lane before recalling to quickly join up top.
OLZ’s bottom, while slightly earlier on the back, was in a recall state.
It was as if both teams had planned it, with their champions converging en masse towards the Rift Herald.
[“We need to watch out for a fight.”]
MaBing’s Graves started hitting the Herald first.
With his ally’s bottom already moving and the mid lane’s control also being in his favor, there was no reason to hesitate.
The Herald is nearly a risk-free objective for whoever starts hitting it first. Hence, even if GRS started on it first, they wouldn’t be at a disadvantage.
In fact, since they secured their position first, it became even trickier for the opposing team to enter.
“Be careful of the steal. It’s Outlaw’s Lee Sin.”
To be precise, it was Outlaw’s Lee Sin.
Li Zhi-Xuan didn’t add any words that would dampen his teammates’ morale.
As they chipped away at the Herald, it finally descended below half health.
‘There’s no stealing chance.’
Even if Lee Sin forced his way in to try for a steal, Li Zhi-Xuan was all set to counter.
That’s surely what it should have been…
‘But Lee Sin isn’t visible.’
Lee Sin should have been visible from this timing, yet he was nowhere to be found.
‘No way.’
Just as Li Zhi-Xuan sensed something was off, Lee Sin finally made his appearance.
One thing that was unexpected was that Lee Sin emerged from the top side bush.
In other words, GRS’s champions had unwittingly allowed Outlaw’s Lee Sin to catch them from behind.
“Keep an eye on Lee Sin!”
The first to react was Li Zhi-Xuan’s Arin. They didn’t know what Lee Sin’s intentions were, but if they could stop him, that would suffice.
With that thought in mind, Arin charged at Lee Sin, even using her ultimate.
But Lee Sin was nimble.
He dodged Arin’s approaching skill shots effortlessly and slipped right into the heart of GRS’s formation.
‘Isn’t he going for the Herald?’
Just as one would think, Lee Sin wasn’t focused on the Herald at all.
Instead, he had his eyes on something much bigger and more enticing.
Outlaw’s Lee Sin was watching the whole battle unfold.
-Blue team has slain the Herald of the Rift!
Just as MaBing’s Graves finished the Herald, Lee Sin’s kick struck Ornn.
It was a lightning-fast kick, so quick that Ornn couldn’t respond with his W.
Nautilus and Graves were sent airborne as they collided, followed by a flurry of CC and skill shots from Baegah.
-Our ally has been taken down!
Eventually, Graves, having received Baegah’s ultimate, burst into pieces in an instant.
‘Unbelievable…!’
Li Zhi-Xuan’s face slowly turned to one of shock.
