“What does ‘Ahoy’ even mean?”
“I don’t know, damn it…”
Two users, defeated by the Small Girl Pirate, lay on the ground having a conversation.
Pirate Coins were spilling from their bodies, now tinged in gray.
They were ambushed by the small pirate just between their fight over a treasure chest.
“Ahoy~!”
The Small Girl Pirate was wearing a rebellious rabbit mask.
But being a seasoned player of Deron, I knew exactly who she was.
The Guild Leader of the Soft & Chewy Cow Guild, and the owner of the first World Item that appeared in Deron.
It was Yeo.
Yeo effortlessly roamed Treasure Island.
Sometimes she acted as a treasure hunter, hunting down treasure chests, and other times, she played a pirate hunter, taking out pirates.
Looting and being looted was second nature to Yeo.
The Small Girl Pirate shouted with glee.
– Ahoy!
Her rallying cry echoed throughout the island with a strange addictiveness.

[What the hell does ‘Ahoy’ mean?] [15]
Did a group of bastards go around farming on Treasure Island?
What’s up with ‘Ahoy’? Everyone’s shouting it without fail?
Ahoy~ Ahoy~ Ahoy~ I farmed for an hour today and almost lost it.

[They say it’s pirate lingo?]
ㄴ[But these guys aren’t even real pirates.]
ㄴ[It’s just a role-playing game. They’re just having fun.]
ㄴ[Seriously, don’t they feel embarrassed? LOL.]
ㄴ[Look at the Blood Demon King. He uses skills like a Demon Lord.]
—
[Ahoy~]
[What does that even mean, you weeb?]
[I went to the island and thought they were all crazy, so I left.]
[Isn’t it cute?]
[So who started it first?]
ㄴ[The Blood Demon King did.]
ㄴ[Is it him again?]
ㄴ[For real? I didn’t see the Blood Demon King on the island.]
ㄴ[He probably farmed all that and left.]

Helena, from the Soft & Chewy Raid Party, was seen as a user with way too much money but not enough time.
It wasn’t until Yeo completed her PVP gear that Helena finally entered Treasure Island.
[Firecast] x2
[Elemental Master] x2
[Chronomancer] x2
Level 65 Wizard.
That was Helena’s job tree.
Though it didn’t perform particularly well in PVP, she possessed the third World Item that made its appearance in Deron.
The moment Helena entered the island, she began to store her mightiest spell, [Meteor Strike], in [Memorizing].
Since using that skill would trigger its cooldown, Helena remained still for about 5 minutes.
With all preparations complete, Helena started to tread cautiously.
Soft flames flickered around her, a mage user’s job effect.
If you’d chosen the cold element as your basic job rank, you’d see sparkling ice fragments, while choosing the fire element made flames dance like Helena’s.
Fire mages had little potential in PVP.
This was common knowledge. No one denied it. Unlike cold element skills, which excelled in PVP, fire skills were primarily effective in PVE.
In other words, fire mages were seen as prime targets in regions dominated by PVP.
Not long after Helena started moving, a user appeared to block her path.
Wearing a large octopus mask, he brandished a sword and shield.
There was no dialogue. Combat began immediately.
“HRRGH!”
The warrior user wielded a sword, which was of the Paladin class.
With a blinding flash, holy power shot from his sword towards Helena.
In that moment, Helena sprang into action.
She immediately cast [Time Stop], freezing the enemy’s movement towards her.
The stopped time lasted for 2 seconds.
In that brief moment, Helena activated her next skill.
[Time Acceleration], the ultimate buff skill that pushed her speed to its limits.
The duration was short, but it was enough.
Helena swiftly unleashed [Meteor Strike].
Her casting speed, pushed to the brink, completed the spell with lightning speed.
Flames erupted in the air as a giant meteor appeared and plummeted.
BOOM-!
Upon striking the ground, the meteor exploded, sending a massive gust of wind and flames shooting upward.
The frozen Paladin’s health plummeted in an instant. Yet, he held on. Given his class’s high resistance and defense, it was difficult to deal significant damage unless hitting a critical area.
His health dropped by about 50%.
But Helena’s assault didn’t end there.
She immediately unleashed all her stored skills.
[Meteor Strike]
Triple shot.
The three massive meteors manifested in the air at once.
“What the heck…”
The Paladin user’s words barely finished before the gigantic meteors came crashing down.
BOOM-!
A colossal shockwave surged forth, far surpassing the previous impact.
The surrounding terrain undoubtedly crumbled.
A total of four massive meteors fell, creating deep craters as the ground flipped over.
Helena grimaced at the sight of the fallen Paladin user.
One hit was certainly guaranteed, but the preparation time took far too long.
If it weren’t for a large-scale conflict, it would’ve been wiser to store other spells besides Meteor Strike in Memorizing.
Gathering the fallen Pirate Coins, Helena immediately began recharging her next spell.
This time she prepared [Spatial Ignition].
A skill that triggered a powerful explosion at a targeted point, it allowed for precise damage to critical areas due to its aiming capability.
With a cooldown of 15 seconds, it was much shorter than [Meteor Strike].
The preparation finished quickly.
Then, it happened.
– Ahoy~
From a distance, a peculiar voice echoed.
Helena began to move, drawn toward the voice resonating throughout the whole island.
It was a familiar rallying cry. A sound she always heard while sailing the seas with her precious friend, Yeo.
Though it wasn’t exactly her friend’s voice, Helena followed the sound.
Entering this island caused her appearance to change, and she wore a mask that obscured her face. Likewise, her voice transformed as well.
So she was certain the owner of that voice must be her friend.
That thought made her heart race with excitement at the prospect of meeting a familiar face in an unfamiliar place.
Helena’s speed gradually picked up.
– Ahoy~
The voice grew louder, indicating it was very close.
With her heart pounding with anticipation, Helena rushed through the underbrush.
But what awaited her wasn’t what she had hoped for.
“Ahoy~”
Standing there was a tall Thief user.
He was flailing his arms over a corpse lying on the ground.
He seemed to be quite pleased with the treasure he’d gained.
Helena’s eyebrows twitched with annoyance.
Feeling a mix of hope and apprehension, she cautiously spoke up.
“Is that you, Yeo…?”
“Huh?”
The Thief user finally turned his head at the sound of her voice.
He blinked in confusion, utterly bewildered.
A brief two-second standoff ensued.
Realizing the situation, the Thief user shrieked in shock.
“AAAH!”
“But that’s not Yeo…”
Helena seethed with rage. That Thief user had clearly deceived her.
– I can’t forgive you.
Without hesitation, Helena thrust her staff forward.
In that instant, a wide clock-shaped effect spread beneath her feet, immobilizing the Thief user.
Followed by [Time Acceleration], her drastically heightened casting time wiped the [Spatial Ignition] casting away.
BOOM-!
Towards the direction Helena’s gaze stuck, an explosion of flames erupted from the Thief user’s head.
The attack didn’t end there. Helena unleashed every stored skill from her Memorizing.
[Spatial Ignition]
Triple shot.
BOOM- BOOM- BOOM-!
Every attack struck the Thief user’s head.
With his head charred black, the Thief fell to the ground.
His body rapidly turned gray.
Helena gathered the Pirate Coins scattered on the ground.
Despite the hefty amount she’d collected, Helena didn’t leave the area.
– Ahoy~
That rallying cry echoed once more from afar.
“Yeo…!”
Helena took off running again. She surged through the forest in search of her friend.
Recharging her depleted mana and preparing [Spatial Ignition] once more.
Yet, Helena couldn’t find the friend she longed for. Everyone she encountered was taller than her friend Yeo.
Without hesitation, she slammed [Spatial Ignition] onto their heads.

[Treasure Island – The Realm of Fish Gods – The One with Ten Hands]
The third World Item of Deron in Helena’s hands granted her incredible burst damage potential.
Ready for anything, she never lost a fight.
Helena exploded every head of those who crossed her path.

A day passed since the rallying cry “Ahoy” spread among the users farming on Treasure Island.
Yet that trend vanished in an instant.
The moment they cheered “Ahoy” in excitement, a monstrous mage appeared and blew their heads off.
No chance for resistance.
Unless they had a special escape like a Shinobi, no user could withstand the torrent of attacks pouring down upon them while immobilized.

[They say if you shout ‘Ahoy’ on Treasure Island, you’ll definitely die. Is that true?] [21]
(Cute girl’s selfie)
Things are seriously weird on Treasure Island these days.
Didn’t ‘Ahoy’ just trend yesterday?

[Now there’s not a single soul saying ‘Ahoy’ anymore.]
ㄴ[Why?]
ㄴ[It’s because of Helena.]
ㄴ[Who’s Helena?]
ㄴ[The owner of the Fish God item.]
—
[You should try it too, LOL. She suddenly appears, blows your head off, and vanishes.]
ㄴ[Can’t beat her?]
ㄴ[I think Helena is the strongest PVP 1v1 around right now.]
ㄴ[Is the Fish God’s item really that overpowered?]
ㄴ[Yep, in 1v1 situations, it’s utterly insane. You need at least two to take her down.]
ㄴ[Is she really Helena? How can you tell? You can’t see who’s who on Treasure Island.]
ㄴ[She uses the same skill four times. Who else could it possibly be? LOL.]
—
[Has the Fish God staff been released again?]
ㄴ[Haven’t been able to verify Kraken’s respawn since then.]
ㄴ[Our Guild Leader has been circling the ocean all day, wanting to take down the Kraken.]
ㄴ[Those who haven’t experienced this don’t understand.]
ㄴ[Now I just play quietly on Treasure Island… it’s too scary.]
ㄴ[You can snipe her down.]
